Except for the fold-out bed our stay was perfect and we will love to come back.

A wonderful Hotel with great wellness facilities and breakfast at a great location.

Wonderful location and view. Great breakfast and wellness facilities. The parking is right in front of the hotel.

In the morning around 9 am we came back to our room from breakfast to see the cleaning staff cleaning the room even though we were leaving that morning. I am not sure if the room got cleaned again after we left. Perhaps this was just a miscommunication between reception and cleaning.

Breakfast, especially staff there was great. Room was great, we got an upgrade to have a bigger room in order to have the requested two separate beds.

To have anybody to check us in took veeeeeery long time. Parking was full, ev charging was actually not at the hotel, it was few hundred meters away.

1. Despite the position quite far from the highway - there's a loud very early in the morning - due to city traffic. 2. Sauna's are opened only till 8 p.m. In my opinion it's not right, many guests arrives much later. It should be open till midnight. 3. Breakfast is very poor - very poor choice of something which is not sweet.

was a peaceful place to stay for a couple of days

it was cozy and clean. The area was peaceful and the design of the hotel is comforting. Staff were friendly and helpful

that I was charged to have an extra bed for my daughter despite the fact that I already included in my booking that I requested an extra bed. we were told a nice view of the mountains but we got the lowest level of the hotel
