Stylish hotel with excellent facilities & location.

The hotel is stylish and the staff are helpful. There’s paid parking available on site and the spa facilities were a lovely treat. Best location in town. Excellent breakfast!

We were in a standard room in the annex. It was ok. A bit dated. Very soft mattress and the curtains let light in. No good for sleeping. A bit disappointing for over 200 euros per night.

Will not use them again

The staff that checked us in was very helpful. Breakfest was good. Pleace appeared clean.

Morning of check out we asked for a check out of 1130 due to tasks we needed to accomplish. Which the morning staff was informed about. I had to please with the manager to extend the checkout from 1030 to 1130. Becareful with this hotel and make sure you understand everything. Plus no AC in the summer makes for a warn night. Beds were ok at best. No thrills of extras. This is a basic Quality Inn level hotel.

The hotel is definitely worth the money, but the point is not even that, but that it is simply super!

Excellent hotel! Situated in the very centre, the rooms are spacious, with a modern interior, they clean several times a day, all staff is very professional. An interesting SPA area, where you want to relax all day, but there are so many attractions around that it is impossible. By the way, the ski lift is within walking distance. I was a little surprised by the restaurant's work - in the evening until 20:00, but everything is very tasty! Unfortunately, we stayed here for only two days, although we really wanted to have more time here.

We ate dinner at the restaurant. It was bad. For example, the costello e manzo was a big bone with jsut about no meat on it. The term "lasagna" was used in a dish that did not even resemble an Italian lasagna.

The location is beautiful and convenient for getting around to visit various places in both Trentino and Austria. The staff always very friendly and kind. Large room and very clean. Excellent food. I would gladly return. Ps. The Guava Parfait dessert was spectacular

We were at Hotel Lamm in Vipiteno between the seasons, and we had fun. Our dog was welcome.

We wanted to book again, but had the impression that dogs were not anymore as welcome as before. Maybe that was because we wanted to book for high season in winter. Unfortunately, we will not come again.

Lovely location, very clean room. We stayed at the annex which could be a little refurbished. But it was nice overall.

We went to have breakfast half an hour before it closes since we were in vacation and we wanted to rest but everybody have already eaten and the buffet was a little bit empty and the staff was looking us with a weird look like we were aliens eating late.

Good stopover vor us

Down to earth hotel in the middle of Sterzing. Arrived late and kitchen was closed but we still got something to eat. Very nice staff and good pricing.
