Beautiful apartment in central location

Fantastic location in the heart of Vipiteno, apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a week long stay skiing around Vipiteno. Host was fantastic and sorted keys and a car parking spot for us, which was super handy for the apartment. Highly recommend this apartment!

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Stadt

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Sterzing. Parkplatz direkt bei der Wohnung gegen Gebühr verfügbar. Wir wurden liebevoll empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Café unten ist auch sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr zentral gelegenes Appartement ohne Fenster nach außen

Die Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone

Das Appartment liegt in einem Innenhof, somit gibt es kein Fenster mit Sicht nach außen. Zudem ist im Erdgeschoss ein Café, man hört die ersten Gäste morgens um 7:30 Uhr und die letzten Gäste abends bis 22:00 Uhr. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut.

Appartamento centralissimo a Vipiteno molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort.

Appartamento spazioso e molto pulito in pieno centro a Vipiteno. Fantastica la sensazione di scendere le scale, fare due passi (tra l'altro al coperto, perchè ci si trova in una "galleria") e ritrovarsi esattamente nella via principale del paese. Mi è piaciuta anche l'attenzione ai dettagli... tantissima biancheria disponibile, presenti i condimenti (olio, sale, zucchero...) e il forno a microonde, che io trovo comodissimo. Gentilissima l'accoglienza del proprietario, Michele.

Nulla. L'unica cosa che forse si potrebbe segnalare è che, essendo l'appartamento ubicato all'ultimo piano di un palazzo chiuso, tende a surriscaldarsi un po'. Ma probabilmente questa cosa diventa un vantaggio in Inverno.

Posizione dell'appartamento eccezionale. Per la prima colazione ci siamo serviti dal bar sotto casa,era più che buona e con prezzi modici.

Gut modernisierte Wohnung in einem alten Gebäude mitten im alten Sterzinger Ortskern. Tolle zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung mit witzigen Details. Sehr freundliche Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthalts.

Im Wohnzimmer wäre eine kleine Abstellmöglichkeit und zusätzliche gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit (z.B. ein Sessel) noch schön - insbesondere bei Verwendung des Schlafsofas.

Relax nel pieno centro della splendida Vipiteno

Appartamento in pieno centro a Vipiteno, ma nonostante ciò silenzioso di notte. Ampi spazi interni (ottimo per 3 o 4 persone), cucinotto con tutto il necessario per preparare e/o mangiare qualcosa in casa in autonomia, parcheggio riservato a due passi dalla struttura e a prezzo vantaggioso; Michele (il proprietario) e Sonja (collaboratrice) di grande gentilezza e cordialità, si sono resi disponibili per ogni tipo di richiesta o informazione per il nostro soggiorno e le destinazioni da raggiungere. Stiamo già pensando di ripetere l'esperienza!

L'appartamento è accessibile solo tramite scale interne, non adatto quindi a persone con ridotte capacità motorie (non era il nostro caso fortunatamente). Come suggerimento, posso pensare sia utile far trovare due tipologie differenti di cuscini, più alti e duri e più bassi e morbidi magari, per assecondare l'esigenza personale.
