What a beautiful and memorable one night stay!

We only got to stay one night during our road trip but it was still a wonderful experience! My girls (4 & 6) had the best time playing with the farm animals and bikes! It was a magical place and definitely worth to stay longer! The young guy (probably the son of the owners) was amazing and super helpful - definitely went above and beyond answering my questions in English and even fixing our own electric scooters. In the morning, they do pony rides and it was a wonderful start to our day! Great experience, 10/10!!! Our apartment was clean, comfortable and the view was stunning.

Taking our shoes off for breakfast. I understand that it is a farm but it would have been nice to have heads up so we can prepare slippers or something easy to put on. But it is definitely manageable…just be prepared to take your shoes off. This is not a complaint- just heads up 😉

Great Value for an Amazing Experience!

The lady doing the check-in was very nice and explained everything very well. She also gave several tips on the local food and activities as well as what was available at the property. We ate at one of the restaurants she recommended and it was amazing! She knows her stuff! As it is a farm property there are lots of animals to see! Our daughter really enjoyed seeing and touching the animals! A truly unique experience to go along with the views of the surrounding countryside and the mountains.

The only real inconvenience was the gate and parking. The gate was slow to open both for entering and exiting. There is normal parking slots available, but not enough. If the place is booked more than usual you will end up trying to park in a tiny area near the farm trees or barn, etc. Not terrible, just inconvenient as you play parking Jenga.

Views to the valley are breathtaking. Close to many beautiful trekking trails. Family-friendly atmosphere, very nice staff and the best milk ever!

fantastic place for anyone

incredible place great view. very helpful hosts. spotlessly clean and very spacious apartments. the farm with lamas and the playground with the pool made our children the happiest in the world. and later in the evening they even walked the lamas. so I am so so so happy we have found this hidden germ so I recommend it anyone.

Relaxing

The property is great for families with kids, lots of space in the garden for them to play. We also used the barbecue and grilled some stuff with some friends and everything we needed was already there.

Incredible Views Family Friendly Farm

We had an amazing stay. Farm owner was so kind and accommodating. The spacious and clean apartment was on the top floor with incredible views from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a nice meal. There is a charcoal grill to use as well. We got the breakfast made by the host which was so delicious. All local products: milk, bread, sliced meat, jams, butter, eggs, coffee, orange juice. You can even purchase their milk and eggs. Very family friendly with free range to pet and play with the sweet and gentle animals. Great playground and pool. We were very happy with our stay and wish we had more time. Do not hesitate to book.

Breathtaking views from the terrace. The property belongs to a family of farmers. Really nice people. There’s some animals around (cows, llama, rabbits, ponies, etc). We also took some fresh milk and it was not bad at all!

Some of the mattresses were extremely soft, to the point that we could not sleep almost anything.

Wunderschöne Zeit mit atemberaubendem Sonnenuntergang

Sehr netter Empfang, alles persönlich erklärt. Gibt die Möglichkeit ein Frühstück zu buchen oder auch nicht. Weiters gibt es einen Kühlschrank mit Eiern, Kaminwurzn, usw. sogar die Möglichkeit von frischem Brot wird angeboten. Die Whg. liegt unglaublich schön. Sonnenuntergang bei schönen Wetter atemberaubend. Super ruhige Umgebung und für Familien mit Kinder perfekt. Verschiedene Tiere verfügbar zum Streichern und Spazierengehen (Alpakas). Skischuhe kann man ebenfalls aufhängen, damit sie am nächsten Morgen schön warm sind. Appartement ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und man hat daher ausreichend Platz für alle Reisenden.

Als kleinen Verbesserungspunkt wäre das Anbieten von Hausschuhen perfekt, da man im Eingang die Schuhe stehen lassen sollte. Beim ersten Besuch hat man keine Hausschuhe mit. In Summe etwas hellhörig, hatten Familie mit Kleinkindern als Nachbarn und da war natürlich schon früh morgens etwas lauter.

Gelungener Urlaub, unser Sohn war total zufrieden jeden Tag.

Für Kinder hat es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Tiere zum streicheln und füttern, Spielplatz mit Schaukel uns Sandhaufen sowie Bobi-Cars/Traktore. Jeden Tag wenn gewünscht Ponyreiten oder Lama/Alpaka spaziergang umsonst.

Die Unterkunft war völlig in ordnung, leider wie so oft in den Unterkünften, ist die Dusche nicht sehr Hygienisch. Die Duschbrause hatte Schimmel sowie in den Fugen der Dusche. Sonst war es sauber.

Az elhelyezkedés és a kilátás.

Szinte semmi. Koszos volt az érkező a macskák kis be jártak, a tulajdonos levetette a vendégek cipőjét az étkezőben ill a lépcsőházban. Mindkét helység mozaik lapos jég hideg és tiszta kosz volt. A reggelinél a tulajdonos ahogy jött az állatoktól istállószagú ruhában kézmosás nélkül találta fel a reggelit.A reggeli az értek aránynak nem volt megfelelő. Minden nap 6- szelet sonka felvágott 6-szelet száraz szalámi 4- db főt tolyás 4-lekvár 2-nutella 1- üveg narancslé 6- szelet sajt. A kávé ihatatlan és a tea is amiket úgy kellett külön kérni. A foglalásnál levő képek és információk messzemenőkig nem felelnek meg a valóságnak. Az előzetesen kifizetett szálásról nagy harcok után voltak hajlandók számlát adni de nem a teljes összegről. Nem tudom senkinek sem ajánlani a szállást,a tulajdonosok semmi kedvességet nem mutattak a vendégek felé,mi ránk is csúnya szemmel néztek az ott tartózkodásunk alatt mivel nem voltunk hajlandóak levenni a cipőt mert két kisgyerekkel voltunk. Sokat járunk Ausztriába de meg ilyen szállással nem találkoztunk.

Verbesserungspotenzial

Bauernhof macht einen guten ersten Eindruck. Automatisches Zufahrtstor, E-Ladestationen, PV-Anlagen überall, Check-in per Handy (QR Code scannen), etc. Von Innsbruck aus in ca. 30 Minuten per Auto erreichbar, ruhig auf einer Hochebene gelegen. Schöne Aussicht.

Unsere Wohnung war zwar groß aber auch recht teuer (+ Reinigung und Frühstück extra), für den Preis erwarte ich aber auch mehr Premium, ansonsten kann ich mir um das Geld auch ein 4-Sterne Hotel in Innsbruck buchen und einfach einen Streichelzoo besuchen. Ich verstehe zwar dass dies ein Bauernhof ist, jedoch soll das keine Ausrede für fehlenden Komfort sein. - Ich bin selbst Tiroler, allerdings seit 10 Jahren hier und da im Ausland. Ich habe mich hier bei einem Heimaturlaub nicht willkommen gefühlt, sondern nur geduldet, was ich Schade finde, da dies nicht das Bild ist dass man im Ausland von der Tiroler Gastfreundschaft hat. - Vorhänge (Wenn überhaupt vorhanden) an den Fenstern sind extrem lichtdurchlässig (man könnte sie auch gleich ganz weglassen), sodass an längeres Schlafen, speziell mit Kind nicht zu denken ist, speziell in den Sommermonaten wenn die Sonne früh aufgeht. - Kissen sehr ungemütlich (Dünn + Füllung komplett zerknüllt) - Es gibt zwar ein Fliegengitter an der Terassentür, das bringt aber nicht viel weil bei Ankunft alle anderen Fenster gekippt waren. Dementsprechend viele Fliegen in der Wohnung. Zusätzlich hatten wir auch eine Spinne im Bett. - Liegestuhl reif für den Sperrmüll - Die Terasse wurde von der Nachbarwohnung für Fahrten mit Kinderwagen (aber nicht nur) Richtung Garten/Spielplatz genutzt, wohl sogar auf anraten/Angebot der Chefin. Das war sicher praktisch für sie weil sie sonst jedes Mal den Kinderwagen durch das Treppenhaus tragen hätten müssen, hat uns aber natürlich die Privatsphäre gestohlen. Zumindest hätte man hier Bescheid geben oder zumindest mal fragen können. - Lama Spaziergang (welcher "auf Anfrage" gelistet wird) nicht verfügbar da dieser nur einmal die Woche stattfindet - Pony Reiten unorganisiert. Wer zuerst auf das Pony hüpft oder steigt hat gewonnen, andere können maximal in zweiter Reihe sitzen. Kein Angebot noch eine Runde zu laufen um allen Kindern gerecht zu werden. Zudem kein Sattel oder Helm.

Att det finns så mycket för barnen att göra på gården. Dom får klappa djur, mjölka kor och rida häst. Har skulle man stannat 2 nätter.

المكان جميل والاطلاله رائعه على الجبال والخضار والجو الجميل … مرافق جميله من العاب اطفال خارجيه ومسبح …حيوانات اليفه … يوجد ركن للبيع الالبان والبيض بسعر رمزي … هذا المرة الثانيه اسكن في هذا الشقق ولكن اتمنى بالمرات القادمة تغيير مراتب الاسره والمخدات لان بها رائحه وغير مريحة للنوم 🙁 حتى لايتاثر تقييم السكن ولكن كمرافق واطلالة لاكلام فيها .

Lekker tussen de dieren, skelters, speeltoestellen. De kids waren meteen in de weer! Nette keuken, alles strak en schoon.

Super séjour à la ferme, parfait pour les familles

Cadre magnifique avec les animaux et toutes les activités sur place (sauna, ping-pong, jeux pour les enfants…), appartements spacieux et bien équipés, mise à disposition possible d’une salle commune pour les groupes, Frau Steinlechner est très sympathique, accueillante et arrangeante.
