Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Bath/WC. Top floor: 1 large room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 200 - 100 cm with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Bathroom, sep. WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 14 people (including a cot). 2 extra beds for a 15th or 16th person are possible for a fee. The deposit will be collected in cash by the landlord and transferred after departure.
