Great location, nice apartment!

Only the pillows (personal preference). The fridge was very loud (old) although we couldn't hear it in the bedroom:).

Spacious well equipped room

Really nice hosts that could speak Dutch, a nice surprise! We felt welcome, easy to just walk up to the shop if you need them. Spacious apartment! We cooked for four nights and most utilities that we needed are there. The ground-floor apartment that we had has its own door to access the parking lot, so that makes for easy loading.

Ground-floor outside sitting area is not cozy. You are sort of sitting in the parking area. Sun goes down early in the winter so despite the excellent weather I think the upper apartments got a much better deal with their balcony. The easy parking access is also nice though. On Booking the apartment was labeled as ski-to-front door however this is not really the case. There is a children /learning slope next to the hotel which has easy access. Probably really great if you are with children! However, we could not get to the hotel with our skis on from the actual mountain. It takes a walk from the Dorfbahn to get there. Maybe in some snow conditions, it could potentially be possible to ski it, but the roads that you would cross were heavily used by cars/busses so I don't see that happening. It takes a couple of minutes hiking uphill with you skis to reach the gondola. Not a big deal, but not what I was expecting based on the advertisement.

Superb

Königsleiten is wonderful, peaceful village, located on a mountain slope, at 1600 m above the sea level. The air is fresh all the time during the summer, even during the hottest days. We have been here for 7 days during the August and there was really a lot of things to do and visit in the Zillertal arena. Our appartment was new, well equiped, lovingly decorated with almost all furniture made of wood. The owners were really very kind and helpful.

The soap in the bathroom was missing, so we brought our own. Also, there were only two tables for the dishwasher, though we stayed for 7 days. But you can buy anything that you need in the supermarket few hundred meters away from the appartment. Just be aware that the supermarket is working until 18.00 and not on Sunday.

Fijn appartement in een prachtig skigebied

Locatie vlak bij de skilift, eigen skiberging met verwarming (voor de schoenen!)

Wij konden het appartement niet direct vinden, hebben toen gebeld, maar het telefoonnummer op de website was onjuist. Het enige wat verder tegenviel was het keukenbestek, er was geen broodmes, geen kleine mesjes om fruit mee te schillen, en ook niet voldoende bestek om 1x ‘s ochtends en 1x ‘s avonds mee te kunnen eten (dus of de afwasmachine vaker aanzetten, of tussendoor bestek afwassen)
