This fantastic semi-detached house, furnished in a modern country house style over three floors, offers you time to relax. The view from the window both delights and soothes. The panorama of the surrounding mountains puts you in a cheerful holiday mood.
Thanks to its perfect location near the lift and cross-country ski trail, you can start your winter sports adventure in the Zillertal Arena right away. At the Intersport store, you can rent suitable equipment for your activities. If you've never been on skis or it's been a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area invite you to cook and linger together. If you're looking for a bit more variety, you'll find restaurants and après-ski bars in the vicinity that will surely offer a suitable alternative.
In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, Hochkrimml is the perfect place to be during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
Note: You can reach the attic via a wooden staircase (open space with 5 beds, no doors present).
