In the house: central heating system. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Neukirchen" 1.2 km. Skisport facilities 2.5 km, ski rental 2.5 km, ski school 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wildkogel Skiarena 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Blausee 4.8 km.
