The house is well equiped en very cosy, although the beds are a bit hard. Beautifull mountains all around. But there is one thing the pictures dont show, next to you and looking on your terrass is a 3 story appartment building and they all look right to you. Sitting outside was a no go and that bordered us very much. This is more a winter place to stay. That mus be great next to pistes and lifts. We could not really rest because of all the noise around the house

In the surrounding area there are plenty of options for trips and the Krimmler Schwimmbad (outdoor swimming pool) is great for the kids for a reduced price with the guest card.

Lovely house with everything you could need except towels and bed linen. It would be easier if these were just included in the price rather than an extra cost. Great location, up in the mountains with fresh air and lots to do within half an hours drive. House was clean and nicely laid out. There were only four of us but having a downstairs shower room as well as upstairs meant we weren’t worried about disturbing the kids late at night. Essentials such as toilet paper and coffee filters were there on arrival as well as a lovely bottle of wine. Lots of information on local activities and facilities. We had a great time and would recommend this house.
