About this house rental

This fantastic alpine house is located in the Filzstein district and impresses with its modern yet cozy interior.
The open kitchen with dining area invites you to cook and linger - not only, but larger families and groups will find a relaxed and quiet holiday home here due to the beautiful room layout.
Two modern bathrooms and the beautiful south-facing balcony complete this offer and make the apartment an attractive destination not only for the ski season.
The view from the window delights and calms at the same time, bringing you into a holiday mood in no time.
The ski run ends almost at your doorstep.

With a hot mulled wine or a cup of tea in hand, you can enjoy relaxing afternoons on the sunny balcony.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, and mountain tours. If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, you'll be in the right place during the summer season in Hochkrimml. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
