About this chalet rental

On 112 - 125 m² the chalet with 4 bedrooms for up to 10 persons is at your disposal. You sleep in comfortable double beds and there are 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, 1 separate shower and 1 separate WC, as well as 1 furnished terrace and 1 balcony. In addition. You can use 1 private finnish sauna in the chalet.

The kitchen in our Chalet is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.

Our chalets offer the highest level of comfort: they are equipped with a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron so that you can take care of your laundry at any time. Please note that you must bring your own washing powder.

Wi-Fi is included, Sat-TV.

We really loved the chalet during our stay. It was spacious and well equipped. We also had a great view of the town and surrounding area from our balcony. Although it did appear not all properties on the resort had the same great view. The staff at reception spoke excellent English and were always friendly & helpful. A few things to note about the resort and area: - The motorway flyover next to resort was not a problem as we initially feared. We could barely hear the traffic. - It’s about a 10 minute walk into town. - There are 3 or 4 decent sized supermarkets very close by so shopping it’s not an issue. - All shops close between about 12-3pm every day and all day Monday. - Some local restaurants only take cash. - Parking in the resort is free for all. This can be a problem if one chalet has several cars and/or people park badly. Marked parking areas would be useful. Overall we were very happy with the chalet and would recommend.

We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure.

Very modern well equipped chalet with plenty of room for 5+ adults! All new appliances and sunny deck. We loved our stay - should have stayed longer. Train to Innsbruck-20 minutes. Nearby town walking distance - 15 minutes. Quiet despite being close to highway. Lovely brook on property.

This was a wonderful chalet! Everything was just right accommodating our group. Very comfortable, not crowded or busy. Great access point for our hike in the Dolomites and several in the Alps. The cable car next to the chalet took us to high rolling hills filled with flowers and 360 degree views of peaks. If we return to the Innsbruck area we would stay here again.

Super vakantie met gezin gehad in een geweldig welness chalet welke was voorzien van ALLE gemakken. Ligging is top direct aan dal station en zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en aan te bevelen. Team chalet park Bergeralm bedankt.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Von dort kann man direkt mit der Gondel auf den Berg fahren oder Wanderungen unternehmen, ohne das Auto zu benutzen. Für Kinder gibt es Spielplätze, innen und außen, nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Skifahren , auf gut präparierten Pisten, war bis 18.4.2022 möglich. Wir kommen seit 30 Jahren immer wieder gern hierher. Ein Lob an die Damen der Rezeption für Freundlichkeit und Service. Die Kosten für einen Hund von 15 Euro pro Nacht finde ich überzogen.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit genügend Bädern im alpinen Stil. Ein schönes Holzhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Tolle Ausstattung, Küchenutensilien komplett vorhanden, Sauna etwas klein aber für zwei Personen ausreichend. Bei mehreren muss man halt in Etappen gehen. Die Lage der Häuser ist perfekt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Talstation entfernt über die man in das Skigebiet gelangt. Für alle die sich Sorgen machen, dass man die Brennerautobahn hören könnte, das ist definitiv nicht der Fall. Fazit: die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Wir werden definitiv noch mal anreisen. Die Tür eines Schlafzimmers schloss nicht richtig.

Tolles Chalet mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Sehr schön eingerichtet, top ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, schöne moderne Bäder! Die Sauna ist sehr klein, erfüllt aber auch ihren Zweck. Super ist auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Brötchenservice direkt an die Tür! Wir waren drei Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kleinkindern, dafür war es perfekt. Optimale Lage direkt am Lift, auch das Skigebiet hat uns sehr gut gefallen, obwohl es nicht sehr viele Lifte gibt, gibt es gute abwechslungsreiche Abfahrten und den kleinen Übungshang an der Gondel oben, wo man mit den Kleinen auch gut Schlittenfahren kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🤗
