A beautiful spacious apartment as a base for a relaxing holiday in the stunning Stubai Valley.

We had a wonderful family holiday staying at Haus Alpenprinzessin for 9 nights in early July 2025. There is ample free parking outside. The host, Georg, was very accommodating for a late arrival, met us with the keys and explained everything in detail about the apartment. We had the top floor apartment, with beautiful and different views from each room. A balcony wraps around two sides of the house with furniture to sit and admire the views. The apartment is spacious (3 double bedrooms), generous living space and a very well equipped kitchen, with all conveniences. There isn't a washing machine but Georg offered to wash clothes for us. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, good wi-fi and very good value for money. There is a delivery service for fresh bread, but we preferred the short (albeit hilly) walk to the local bakery to take in the views. The included Stubai Super Card was brilliant for all sorts of local amenities in the valley, from swimming pools to Cable Cars.

Beautiful roomy house presented in exceptional condition!

The house was immaculate - every window spotlessly clean with amazing views from every one. Beautiful new timber house with plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out.

It was a bit annoying that at the exact moment of checkout (10am) - not one minute later - the owner came downstairs to check we were on our way out. This put a dampener on our stay, as we were just about to roll out bags out the door. The other issue for us was the steep hill to access the property - being with someone who has trouble walking, this was a problem and we had to take a taxi each way into the town, despite it being only about 600 metres away. Luckily the taxi was only 8euros each way.

Faház egy mesebeli tájon

Mesebeli táj, gyönyörű kilátás az apartmanból. Tágas, kényelmes szobák, óriási fürdőszoba, jól felszerelt konyha, ragyogó tisztaság. A fa illata áthatja az egész házat, nagyon hangulatos. Jó a parkolási lehetőség is. Csend és nyugalom, igazi kikapcsolódás a természetben a vendégkártya lehetőségeit kihasználva. A völgy bőven ad egy hétre való programot és feltöltődést. Köszönjük a vendéglátást, fantasztikusan éreztük magunkat!

Super Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus mit tollen Services.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und alles wirkte auch wie neu. Es gab nirgendwo irgendwelche Defekte oder sonstige Mängel. Es gab 3 vollständige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und 2 Bäder mit eigenen Duschen. Auch in den Bädern war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass man sich von Anfang an wohlfühlen konnte. Wir waren in der obersten Etage wo es an 2 Seiten einen vollständig verbundenen Balkon mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten und wahnsinnig tollen Bergpanoramen gab. Auch der große Wohn- und Küchenbereich waren sehr gut gestaltet und ausgestattet. Auch die beinhaltete Stubai Supercard beinhaltet sehr viele Möglichkeiten kostenlos Bergbahnen und Bäder oder die Sommerrodelbahn in Mieders zu nutzen. Das ist gerade für Familien toll, die viel unternehmen wollen. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Berghang in Neustift aber es sind sehr viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch den Brötchenservice haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Hier wird das gewünschte Frühstück am Vortag beim Bäcker bestellt und wird bereits vor 7:00 Uhr in die dafür vorgesehene Box geliefert. Das ist ein tolles Angebot. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, wenn es Fragen gibt. So hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes modernes Apartment und super Lage

Sehr schickes, edles modernes Design. Es ist ein sehr schönes und sehr modernes Holzhaus. Es hat uns allen wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Man hat in jedem Zimmer genug Platz und auch das Bad ist sehr groß und komfortabel. Zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in Neustift, trotzdem sehr ruhig außerhalb gelegen mit toller Aussicht.

Sehr gute Aufteilung der Zimmer, komfortabel und sehr ordentlich.

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten tipptopp und definitiv zu empfehlen!
