As a Hungarian family travelling all the way from Transylvania, we can say, that the location is amazing, really spacious and beautiful. Parking spaces are conveniently located and you have an amazing view / outdoor terrace. Kitchen was equipped well. The place is owned by a family, who live on the spot, so access is convenient and they were friendly / helpful. For skiers, there is a technical room for your boots to dry in during the night. The house is aprox 15-20 min away from the Stubai Glacier parking space, so it's not really that far, yet Innsbruck is still within optimal range. If you travel with an EV as we did, the Stubai Glacier parking spaces offer 20-30 AC charging spots in total, which can be easily started by just scanning a QR code (card payment), so it's really convenient to charge while you are up skiing in the Glacier. The place is calm and also ideal for resting or relaxation, especially after a long day skiing in the glacier. Be aware of the speed limit's in and out of town. Police usually check the speeds of cars from unmarked cars, especially in the morning when everyone is in rush to get to the glacier.
The only small thing we missed was a washing machine in the bathroom, it would be even more important than a dishwasher (space would not be an issue as the bathroom is huge), and it would be useful given the fact that people who travel here usually do activities that involve probably more frequent washing, especially if they stay for almost a week. When we asked if we could use the washing machine from the technical room for 1-2 cycles, we were informed that it's for a 7euro/wash fee. After booking an apartment for 5 nights, asking an extra fee for a wash from your guests to me personally feels odd (we didn't wanted to abuse the feature). I would improve this side of the experience, the rest is just perfectly fine.
