About this apartment rental
Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location in the district of Kampl and is about 3 km from the center of Neustift - an entire house with a garden - for you alone!
Nearby there is a beautiful landscaped lake with various Sports facilities (soccer field, volleyball court, large children's playground, sunbathing lawn, restaurant directly on the lake), and an adventure park (approx. 5 minutes by car - Fulpmes municipality)!
Recently there is also a new grocery store (Spar) - about 500m away and a bakery is also nearby. On request, daily bread delivery would also be possible!
Our house offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Stubai mountains (see photos) and is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and bike tours!
NEW this summer - the Stubai Super Card (valid from the end of May to mid-October), you can get it for free in our house! With this card, you can use all lifts / mountain railways (Stubai Glacier lift, Elfer lift, Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen Mieders with summer toboggan run) free of charge, use swimming pools free of charge, and use the bus from Mutterberg to Innsbruck for free, from the first to the first last day of vacation!
In our house there is a large apartment (divided on 2 floors), it can accommodate up to 16-18 people.
We have a total of 6 bedrooms:
Room 1: triple room with shower and toilet (ground floor)
Room 2: triple room with shared shower / bathtub and 2x toilet + balcony (1st floor)
Room 3: four-bed room with shared shower / bathtub and 2x toilet + balcony (1st floor)
Room 4: double room with shared shower / bathtub and 2x toilet + balcony (1st floor)
Room 5: triple room with shower and toilet + balcony (1st floor)
Room 6: single room + sofa bed with shared shower / bathtub and 2x toilet (1st floor)
There is a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove / ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher, radio etc.), a pantry with fridge and freezer, a living room with a tiled stove, a large lounge with satellite TV, and free WiFi. Our guests also have a washing machine (for a fee) and an ironing board with iron. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided!

Stefanie, the owner was very helpful and comunicative. The house is well situated, in a quiet neighborhood, near the supermarket or the bus station. It's well equipped, we find all that we need it ( I was with a little child with big needs) . The rooms are big, comfortable and cozy. The garden, and the balconies have an amazing view. We will definitely return. Thank you. We had a wonderful vacation.

Wir hatten eine rundum gute Urlaubswoche im Stubaital.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem befinden sich im Umkreis wahnsinnig viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die in wenigen Minuten per Auto zu erreichen sind.
Der kleine Badesee ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen und hat neben der Möglichkeit zum Baden auch viele weitere tolle Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.
Frau Graus war uns von Anfang bis Ende eine gute und kompetente Ansprechpartnerin. Wir haben uns im Landhaus Rungger sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Herberge!

We absolutely loved our stay at Landhaus Rungger! There were two families who stayed here: 4 adults and 8 children. We had more than enough space inside the house and outside in the yard. Stefanie (the owner) and her mother were very attentive to our needs - from additional toilet paper to a cot for the baby. The home was clean and organized. The washer was wonderful and much needed with 8 kids! The location was absolutely fantastic with so many things to do within a ten minute drive. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!
