Freshly cooked breakfast to order
Just need to inform people before there stay hotel doesn’t open to 12am , even not to check in just for planning lunch

The bar food and breakfast was excellent staff very friendly.
No reception and maybe a note on the deck to say check in at the bar nobody there to give back the key

Entrance was hard to locate and reception needs revamped. welcome was good and we were shown to our room. staff in bar and who took us to our room was friendly and pleasant. Lady who served breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless though cold till it het up. Beds were very comfortable and no noise which was appreciated. Food was absolutely fantastic both evening meal and breakfast was brilliant. If passing would definitely stay again if only for the food which was excellent.
serving staff more interaction and friendlier. 20+ minute wait for food and although plates cleared not offered dessert nor tea/coffee just left hung out to dry so to speak. No thank you either. wee bit rural for our liking but enjoyed the peace and quiet. Could do with more customer service training on how to greet staff and also how to upsell and ensure customers had a good experience as food was fantastic and we would have liked to have tried the desserts, but when not offered to us and staff not returning though we did sit on to see if anything else was required we didnt bother as staff seemed uninterested. TV in room but very little reception for most channels which was a pity. gentleman followed us down from our room at checkout, no thanks, just bye and told us to leave key at desk which was again unmanned.
