Location. Safety. Food excellent. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Calm atmosphere. Cosy and pleasant.
Not much really. Maybe some smaller portions on menu for smaller appetites.

Location was good. Hotel and room were clean. Staff were all polite. Breakfast was ok.
The shower in the room had no hot water. Sink had hot water so I assume it was a plumbing issue. Raised with staff who were very polite but unable to help or offer solution. A hot shower is a basic requirement. Hopefully they have fixed it since.
