The Glenside

The room cozy and the breakfast soo many options

The staff, the great breakfast and the location. I was scouting for an area to buy a house and the hotel was great for that. Some very nice estates in the Dublin road area.

The hotel is going through renovations and not all rooms are completed. The first night I had an old room and had to complain about it. They then moved me to a renovated room and the problem was solved. That was a nice room. The hotel is non smoking but there is a smoking area just outside the exit door. Unfortunately the smokers leave the exit door open while smoking the smell permeates the whole corridor of the residents rooms. I could even smell it inside the first room I had. That was awful.

Lovely location, staff very friendly and very quiet

Nothing

The staff were nice and it was fairly quiet. Also the breakfast was very nice.

Room wasn't very clean - dead insects around the window, towels were stained. Also tv didn't work on any channel - couldn't get signal. The fan in the bathroom was quite loud and sounded pretty knackered. The mattress felt very uneven which was quite uncomfortable.
