No breakfast location good
No information on cleaning the room plus not enough Toilet roll as very poor quality,and only left 1 roll. Posibilty of some form of disposable cutlery for takeaways

It was convenient to harbour where a canoe polo completion we wanted to watch was on.
It was clean on arrival. However the cleaners said they hadn’t been employed to clean the room between our two night stay. They did on request change the towels and replaced the tea and milk. I didn’t realise the public house was under our room.

Right in the centre of town, so if you had a downstairs room, you might hear some noise late at night, but as long as you expect that, it's no issues

The bar downstairs hosts one of the most amazing cocktail artist, Steven, who was a lovely host as we ate out delicious wood fire pizza and drank lovely beers and cider.
Our room was directly above the live music on Saturday night, it was quite loud and vibrations were strong. We were very tired and didn't sleep too well with the noise.
