Glad I left early and went to hotel . Have more photos if there was space to add.

Location and warm .

Uncleanness of the place. The photos that are on your site do not match what the acom is now, the photos where probably taken when the property was first put on your site . Felt unsafe there, people seemed be going in and out all hours of the night and the state of the flat main door looked like it had been forced open . The electric’s in the place would need a professional to look at as bedroom lights flicking and sockets buzzing when you plug in or switching on / off. Also looked like there had been a flood, what with the stained ceiling and warped floor in bedroom . L

Erm this is hard to say

This apartment is definitely not for four people. Was very difficult with having two teenagers and myself n husband. There was a fusty smell the whole time we was there which got worse every time we came back.after the first night we only really stayed there to sleep when we could sleep. In the kitchen to say it was for four people I had two pans to cook with a ladle and a potato masher. There was 4 plates n dishes n 4 glasses but no cups to drink out of. The oven did work the toaster didn’t work. There was rust all over the metal pots drainer. There was no plug for me to wash the pots and the water would not stay hot for long. There was plaster falling of the walls at the side of the washing machine. It was cold and the heater would not work and the one on the wall was falling off so we didn’t want to use that. The only one that worked was the one in the bedroom. The spare bedding had no cover on it as my husband ended up sleeping on the sofe due to the teenage girls. The curtains did close in the lounge. The noise from all the other tenements was stupid arguing out side our room dogs barking, music playing all night doors banging as they came in n out there rooms and building. The kids didn’t sleep due to this.

This was the worst apartment we've ever stayed in! I wonder if you even know that there are many things in this apartment that don't match the description in the ad? The washing machine doesn't work, there's no start button. A broken vase There's not a single hanger in the closet. A very small, inconvenient refrigerator The night lights in the bedroom and the light on the stairs don't work. Many handles are broken on the doors, in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There is NO frying pan, any trays in the oven, cutting board, grater, very small pots and no large spoons in the kitchen, also very few dishes, only two plates and a small bowl. Broken hair dryer. The batteries in the TV do not work There is nothing to clean the floor with, no vacuum cleaner, not even a broom with a dustpan There are no door stoppers. The sofa is very uncomfortable, hard, not the one in the photo. It is impossible to sleep, the bedroom window overlooks the courtyard and on the first floor every night people drink and swear, some very fat woman laughs and scrims at everyone. Loud music plays. The stairs are very narrow and dirty. The pillows and blankets are old and all in some kind of stains Very dangerous corner on ceiling near window

Disgusting place. Falling apart, filthy dirty. No cups, no teaspoons, locked out twice and the last night had no electricity, called emergency number, spoke to the 'managing agent' probably the owner who was probably too embarrassed to say it was hers; still haven't heard back from her. Toilet loose, not anchored to the floor, hole in the ceiling and patched up with a plastic bag. We had to rent another place to have a shower as afraid the shower would fall down.

It took almost an hour to get hold of someone to get the right code for the key box. The place had dead flies and was very dirty. The Internet was almost non existent The place was double booked during my stay The kitchen was only just good enough.

Disappointing

The flat was very good and clean

No toilet roll or products in bathroom as promised several off the plug sockets very loose in walls utensils in kitchen were unusable and no instructions for cooker. No staff around only contact was over the phone and not very helpful I was there for a very sad time as my sister was dieing and I didn't have the strength to argue with staff so to be fare I didn't complain so they didn't have a chance to correct these problems

Booked 7 nights, arrived 3 days late pleased we did, we left after 3 days, as soon as we could

The water was hot, the shower, kettle, fridge and microwave worked, did not try the cooker.

The Drains Stank continually, the whole flat smelt. It was a fire risk, the windows had screwed in bars and we could only open a small window in the bedroom. The decoration looked as if it had been painted by a child. It was dark and dingy, the blinds were not easy to open, the furniture was fit for the dump and the bedding completely uninviting. A filthy floor mop and bucket was in the hall outside the flat door. The front door banged very load every time someone went in and out. I would strongly advise you don't go there.

The property is dirty! There was flies all throughout! I had to go out and buy cleaning products as there was none just one half used CHEAP spray. Bedding is very old and tatty, mattress and pillows was old and cheap may as well lay on the floor. Very dirty can not talk to anyone who owns the property and booking.com was no help either I’m now going to upload and pay to put the review on some blog sites as it’s basically fraud I spent over £300 for 24hrs and still awaiting a REFUND as promised by Booking.com!

Excellent property and owner

We booked this last minute due to our other hotel being a nightmare, we had travelled 5 hours for an event and we’re stuck in Middlesbrough when we found this property, the owner answered our calls straight away and let us into the property which was clean and cosy. We had a problem with our first payment which was dealt with extremely professionally and we couldn’t thank the owner more for our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment as it is a good price and very secure.
