Everything, we loved the idea of a self contained flat. Own bedroom, bathroom, sitting room/kitchen. Everything we needed was provided. Very clean and modern. Easy walking distance to the town centre.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The environment is very good and the apartment to yourself. The WiFi etc
The staff didn’t come for cleaning in my apartment throughout the 10nights I spent there though I don’t know if cleaning is not with the package. Then one of the staff was so rude to the existence that she sent me voice messages saying I am a stubborn quest sending a voice message is not professional at all and they always off the heater. The staff really insult me. I slept inside the apartment almost 48 hours before the light can be fixed, I was really cold and confused. Then another thing is that you can’t see anyone to speak with if you call their phone number they will not answer. When my light in the apartment tripped off, I couldn’t charge my phone and other devices, I slept inside cold.
