Dirty bedding and stale smoke smells. I left on the first night.

The description of the room is misleading as I believed I had a contained room with private bathroom. When I arrived I found the bathroom was down the hall from my room and the door was open to it and there was barely any toilet roll. The bathroom light was on a timer that stayed on for about 5 seconds so unless you kept waving your hand you sat in the dark on the loo. When I got into the room in the evening I found stains all over the quilt cover and it smelt of stale smoke I made a decision that I could not stay here and had to find another place to stay at 2230 at night which ended up costing me a lot more. Overall very disappointed with this booking.

The bathroom is outside the room (when it says in the advertisement that we will have the whole apartment) it is only a studio room then bathroom is outside with no heating, the staff keep saying through messages that there is but there’s none.. Room so cold , heater so small to heat a big room.. we only stayed one night and left the next day. I didn’t care if i paid. I will not stay in a freezing place this winter time

Nice but had some flaws

It’s ok. Budget near the beach stay. Private bathroom.

Room feels too big. Everything is pushed into a corner leaving a massive space between everything. Limited kitchen equipment. Bathroom down the hall seems inconvenient, pets are also allowed I had 2 dogs across the hall from me. Had to be very quiet leaving my room at all hours not to set them off barking.

I would never stay here again

Close to the beach, dog friendly and kitchen in your room

Shower and toilet not in your room. The code to get into every room is the same except the last didget which is your door number so if anyone works that out they can get into your room. I was in bed on the morning and another resident opened my door and walked into my room to ask to borrow a lighter! So I tried my code in a different rooms bathroom with their door number at the end and it opened.

A lovely little coastal break.

This is a great location for the beach and local facilities. I would like to visit again!

A handy location, clean room with decent facilities; fair value for the price.

The door codes worked, although we had difficulty on one occasion. The rooms and toilet were very clean. The facilities were dated, but we did have cooking facilities, a fridge, an iron, hair dryer and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfy. Most importantly, the deposit was refunded within 48 hours, so maybe those problems are no more. I thought it was a bit over-priced for the area and time of year, but no real complaints.

Unusually, I did not read the reviews before booking this property in a hurry and later on was worried after looking at the bad reviews. It was very hard to contact the venue about my concerns and the UK contact number was always busy. However, I did eventually establish regular email contact after speaking to Booking.com and also had a phone conversation - the person was based in the UAE. The pillows were very thin. The only real problem was an unpleasant smell that took a day to go away - not sure why as the room was very clean and the bathroom was outside (not such a big inconvenience and private to the room). There was no remote, so the TV could not be used. The late check out fee (to 12pm) was very expensive if you wanted it (£20).

It was too a very high standard of cleanliness. We were in room 2 which was next to the back door which was perfect for our dog.

It would have been much more comfortable if we had more pillows, 1 each was not enough, also a table lamp would have been a blessing.

Awful left a month ago still waiting for £100 security deposit to be returned

It was clean & tidy rather basic.

Key codes on all doors included the toilet/shower, which was on a separate floor, rather awkward when you needed the loo in the night & forgot the number! doors were self closing. Stairs were quite steep! We left the property after one night due to husband falling ill, the appartment was left as we found it. Still waiting for deposit back it's now been a month! It should not be advertised as a deluxe appartment!

Appalling

The window covering didn't cover the windows so the street light that was on outside the window lit up the room all night. No security coverings on the windows on street level so anybody can look straight into the room at anytime. The door to the room wasn't secure or soundproofed so every time anybody entered the building you could hear them all through the night. The room was full of flies. I made a complaint on the first night and the property owners were not interested at all. Do NOT ever stay here unless you don't value your sleep!

Comfortable for one night

It was clean and the bed was comfortable

The TV is not good because you have to be linked up and the owner was supposed to send us a code to get in to the TV. We eventually got a picture but no sound. The bathroom is separate to room which is not stated properly in the advertisement.

Very ignorant owner!

New, clean and tidy.

That they say it’s free parking. We ended up with a parking fine because they didn’t sort parking permit. We gave car registration when booking. We messaged the property and they said they would look into this. We had to pay the fine and were ignored by the property after the first message! It was a cheap supposed to be a cheap weekend away until we encountered a parking fine!

I loved it .

I loved the fact that we had our own little kitchen, meaning we were able to just have a lie in on the morning and still have a breakfast. and i loved the little bathroom. everything about our stay was absolutely amazing. beautiful little apartment, would definitely book again.

I would just wish the tv was a little bigger or closer to the bed as it was very difficult to see the screen. apart from that everything was absolutely perfect
