It was very clean and comfortable
They need to get a new fridge as the one they have makes a noise all night that can be heard upstairs, a handrail on the stairs, 2 way switches for upstairs this can be done using a wireless 2 way switch, sort out temporary parking permits, a Matt to put down for when you come out of the shower and the front door needs adjusting

Clean & tidy.
Comfortable large bedroom
Quiet location near to town hall
Near a few takeaways if want them.
On street parking but need permit at certain times
Inner door to apartment could not lock ( broken ?)
Shower/ toilet door could not even close ( broken?) and it went straight into kitchen so no privacy.
No shower mat so floor wet after shower
No hooks/ shelves in bathroom so nowhere to put towel etc
Cooker hob … couldn’t work how to use it. No instructions.
No microwave. So cold meal.
Only one cup/ mug ( there were 2 of us)
Teaspoons only no larger ones
No cloth for washing up / wiping surfaces
Stairs very steep to bedroom … needs hand rail. Stairs very unsuitable for any one not agile.
