It was horrible and a waste of over £200

The cleaner was still there when I arrived at 3 until 340 , the smell of cannabis was really strong,the noise from apartments below was too much and the cleaner asked me if I fancied a joint , I paid over £200 and couldn’t stay there 1 night I had to find other accomodation for myself and my dog

Heavily disappointing. Customer service was good.
Only good thing was that we were put into a different flat due to the uncleanliness of our initial flat. Customer service was good and apologetic.
Location poor. Very rough street. Our initial flat was a MESS. Human poo on inside of toilet brush, smell of weed in all rooms, messy crumby carpets, rust on locks, parking pass out of date, grease and muck all over hob, mould on windows, splits in wallpaper and the carpets were terribly fitted.
