Hartlepool Stay

Clean enough. Parking on street, which is a bonus. Bed was comfortable.

Being told he'd double booked and put me in another apartment,without any communication. Then the owner coming in and out of the yard both days,so I couldn't lock the gate. Had to ask for WiFi code twice. Although pleasant, I wouldn't stay again.

Alright for a short break enjoyed the comfy bed , easy place to find

Liked the town centre location, parking on street, but always a space. It was on a nice quiet street.

Could be alot better wi fi, reception on tv wasn't good, went a bit chilly late at night

Ok for a cheap short stay

Close to town centre. Back terrace for dog. Very clean. Lady host very friendly

No heating - asked owner but no reply. Slow communication - replies after hours (or not at all when asked about heating) No curtains on door so bright light filles thw room by 6am

Achtung! Vermieter nicht kooperativ!

Das Apartment ist sauber, warm und schön.

Ich habe beim Buchen angegeben, dass ich unbedingt eine Rechnung brauche, da ich geschäftlich reise. Der Vermieter hat meine Anfrage auch angenommen, sich anschließend jedoch geweigert, die Rechnung auszustellen. Ich habe ihm mehrere Auszüge aus den Booking.com-Richtlinien übermittelt, dass der Vermieter zum Ausstellen einer Rechnung verpflichtet ist. Danach hat der Vermieter auf meine Nachrichten einfach nicht mehr reagiert, anstatt das Problem gemeinsam zu lösen.
