Idea for Redcar Town centre and connections to other desinations, ie Middelsborough and Whitby.
Not very comfortable seating, Tv not correctly tuned/connected to internet. Bathroom not on same level, with the size of room at least Shower could have been in room.

i have stayed here previously, so i new what to expect, for the price you cannot go wrong.
There was a little problem with the electrics, but the hosts dealt with it straight away, and their management company were on site very quickly.

The location in regards to the beach is great and although we didn’t use the cooking facilities it was good that they are there
So this is the fourth or fifth time in the last year me and my partner have stayed and each time we’ve given the same feedback and nothing has been changed, the sensor in the bathroom is too quick if you are showering at night you’ll be in darkness in about 30 seconds, there were cobwebs in the room, no mirror in the bathroom, the tv wasn’t working properly until I did a full factory reset, the window hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, there are two pillows which are both really thin and not comfortable and finally all the equipment in the room and bathroom seem to be the cheapest possible. I truly think this place has potential to be a great stay but the corners cut is really letting it down, there are cheaper places to stay in Redcar with better facilities and better location and cheaper so these will be what we use in the future
