This is totally a messy situation with disorganized files, cluttered workspace, and nothing in its proper place.

You can review the picture for additional context. I also do not understand why Booking.com is unable to investigate this issue further, especially since multiple people have raised complaints directly upon entering the premises.

The freedom of being able to come and go from the property as as when required. Being able to arrive at any time suitable to our circumstances and having the privacy of our own stdio type flat including toilet and shower.

There was a washer on site and all cleaning products you may require for throughout the property but no washing products which we werent advised of. Also no milk to accommodate with the tea coffee and sugar that was provided.

The location is good. Nothing else.

Extremely Poor Experience - Avoid This Property Initial Booking Issues: The owner demanded IDs after we had already confirmed and paid for our booking through Booking.com, which violates Booking.com's standard policies. His tone was unprofessional and rude throughout our interaction. Safety and Security Concerns: Upon arrival, we encountered multiple individuals with apparent substance abuse issues loitering in the reception area and around the property. Room Condition - Unacceptable Standards: The accommodation was in deplorable condition: Structural Issues: The door handle fell off immediately upon entry, leaving us struggling to repair it ourselves Hygiene Problems: Animal or insect droppings were scattered on the floor near the entrance, creating a nauseating smell Bathroom Facilities: The toilet tap was loose and unstable, with a broken cabinet door underneath. No toilet paper was provided except for an already-used roll. Amenities: The TV remote had no batteries, making it unusable. The tea-making facilities consisted only of a bare electric kettle with no mugs, spoons, or other essentials. Most Concerning: We discovered what appeared to be bodily fluids on the bed sheets, which was absolutely revolting. Shared Facilities: The communal kitchen was in an appalling state - extremely malodorous with litter covering the floor, making it impossible to use. Outcome: After travelling 300 miles and expecting a place to rest, we were forced to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. This completely ruined our travel experience. Recommendation: I strongly advise all potential guests to avoid this property entirely. The conditions are unacceptable, unsafe, and unsanitary.

I liked the price and the simplicity of the apartment

hard to find apartments was walking all over the building then had to keep ringing host directions could be a bit better plus the handing over of keys from security is a bit long but is was ok after those obstacles

I couldn't access the property for me to like anything.

Upon arrive people were doing drugs, fighting and getting arrested by the police. Area was very shady and I I felt very uncomfortable. Wrong pin to enter the door listed on the booking confirmation. I rang the host who advised that I have to send over a copy of all the guest ID's which we never had. Considering we travelled from another city, this was very unacceptable. The host noted on the phone that we had to provide ID's. He claimed this was listed within the description but this was not the case. So I was told that he could not let me in and I had to leave the property without no entrance. I then decided to request a refund and this was denied by the host. Vey very disappointed.

Not a single thing

It was horrible to book this property as the host was so rude He didn’t send any msg about the code for keys through text when we text him he said he send msg on my mobile number for code He start asking for id and how many people living coming to stay at property He was so rude and unprofessional we have to book another property on spot which cost us £80 It was so bad and stressful experience

I was sent a key code .When I got there I could not get in had to phone someone to let me in after 15 mins of arrival

The whole place was unacceptable .. no sinage outside to say colanade place , very dodgy area .The room itself was shabby not been cleaned , bin in bathroom full from previous occupants . Basic standard . The kitchen share was atrocious ..cooker was filthy and greasy ,fridge door hanging off one fridge ,other fridge too high it froze my food. Folks who live there dont care about the shared facilities , so the management wont do anything about it as long as theyre getting the £ cash.
