I have enjoyed staying here over the weekend, upon arrival it was clean, smelt nice and is in a perfect location for me. You receive all check in/out information over messages and locks for the doors are codes so no messing about with keys. I will definitely book again and hope to make it a monthly visit.
There’s only a couple of things I disliked, for starters there was a hidden security deposit of £50 that you have to pay before checking in, I wasn’t made aware of this at the time of booking and had to transfer money from my other bank to cover this, you get this refunded a few days after you leave, I didn’t mind paying it, however I would of liked to of been made aware at the time, I can only see it being a problem for others who can’t afford to spare it and will be at a loss without being able to cancel.
The shower was a small issue, the drainage specifically doesn’t seem to drain fast enough as after several minutes it starts to overflow under the door.
Two others that are more just suggestions, the Hoover could do with a clean itself as I noticed a smell to it whilst in use and could do with a couple of cloths ect to wipe up with instead of just the washing up sponges.
