I’d rather pay £20/30 more & find a better hotel

The permanent residents (2 young ladies) + the manager were very kind & helpful.

The bed & pillow were lumpy & extremely uncomfortable. Room shared wall with kitchen. Woken up by washing machine spin cycle at 2am. No bin in room/bathroom. Disgusting smelling handwash in bathroom; (smelt of iodine ).no soap for shower. I had an unplugged kettle in room with no facilities to make tea. Permanent residents were extremely kind & helpful who pointed out teabag to make a mug of tea in kitchen in morning.

Clean and comfortable and excellent price.

No breakfast included but we had kettle and a fridge so self catered continental was OK. One place on drive for parking. Otherwise there was plenty of off-road parking along the street. Very comfortable bed. Nice en-suite. Very good price.

Refused to stay - this is not a safe location or good property being a converted council house.

Terrible location, on a council housing estate, in one of the most socially deprived locations in Great Britain

Nothing awful place refused to stay there as so bad. Clearly booking.com did not visit prior to putting the venue on their books. Best described as a joke. Demanded a £50.00 deposit placed in a bank account before arriving. I can see why having visited the venue, l didn’t feel safe leaving my vehicle or staying in this social housing estate. Had to sleep in my car for the night, not good for a 70 year old

I will never book this room once again.

Nothing other than the host response.

Although it was mentioned as non smoking room, the person who stayed before had smoked and there was cigarate buds and ashes everwhere. When I first opened the room, i couldn't enter due to the bad smell. I had used my perfume and entered the room and kept the windows opened and went out for an hour and returned back. I had informed this to host, she asked me to get the room spray from the walkway. The toilet was clean but smells bad.

Nice room but terrible respect and Internet

Nice house, spacious room. Addition of the fridge was nice.

Bathroom was very cramped, small sink limited space. If you want to hear every conversation in the hallway, definitely recommend, no soundproofing. There's also terrible internet, honestly in the 21st century any hotel or stay with WiFi needs to be good and this stay had some of the worst. It crashes atleast every 5mins, low signal. Just awful.

Love staying here, the staff and other guests are always lovely. The facilities are perfect and the shared kitchen is huge and has everything you need. Amazing to have access to the garden too. Especially in the sunny weather.

(HMO) House of multiple occupancy!! With refugees living there in abundance.

Absoloutley NOTHING!!!!

Travelers BEWARE!! In my opinion Extremely FALSE ADVERTISING on Booking.com!! Semi detached house which had been extended and filled to the brim with refugees in the middle of a council estate. Rubbish all over the garden with a twenty foot privet hedge to hide the state of the house. No off street parking unless you were happy to scratch your car on both sides to gain access to the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!

Home from home

An absolute gem, home from home. The shared kitchen is amazing and it’s lovely to meet other guests. Lovely to have the outside space of the garden especially when the weather was so nice. It’s clean and tidy with plenty of storage and privacy too. The staff are extremely friendly and any help or support needed is dealt with speedily. The host is excellent .

Es war ruhig und angenehm. Die Preisleistung war in Ordnung. Für deutsche ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig da wir einen anderen Standard gewohnt sind. Aber es war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung
