Good size. Very clean. Plenty of seating. Tv with good channels. Comfortable twin beds. Clean toilet with shower. Towels and shower gel supplied. Well equipped kitchen. Good location as ubers cheap into city centre. Hosts very responsive via booking.com message. Check in easy and able to check in earlier.

The property was clean and tidy, the decor and facilities, modern and had everything we needed. We were visiting Old Trafford and the location was ideal with much more available around.

The room was lovely, very clean and well equipped. I had everything i needed., including tea, coffee and sugar! Although we were on a busy main road, with the windows closed you couldn't really hear any traffic. Lovely relaxing stay.

Spacious flat with nice sitting room and kitchen.
The walls are quite thin and you can hear the people in the next flat. The noise of traffic at the front is also quite loud.
The mattresses on the single beds need replacing as they feel well worn.

Perfect location for us - parking meant we could drive straight up and unload. We also got an uber into town which was around £10 so not bad at all.
Property was perfect for a night or two - had everything we needed. Comfy beds and very clean.
I also did a couple of hour’s work from the property. There was space to do this and the WiFi was easy to connect to.
Very good value for money. Host was also great in helping check in etc.
It was on a busier road, which didn’t bother us at all, but if you’re a light sleeper maybe take ear plugs.

It was a self catering flat, very clean and host was lovely, friendly and helpful.
It was very small, there was 3 of us but it was too small for the 3 of us and should be advertised for 2 people. The cooker was too basic and needs either an oven or air fryer. There was only a hob and this was impossible to cook a breakfast.

This is the fourth time I have stayed with Wilf at 133A Park Road, and each time has been a positive experience. Once again, I can confirm Wilf’s kindness and the excellent strategic location, which allows easy access by public transport to both the Trafford Centre and Manchester city centre.
The beds are comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances - perfect for preparing breakfast.
The only downside this time, and only for one night (which had never happened before), was other guests being very noisy, disregarding the time and the presence of others in the adjacent unit. Of course, this was not Wilf’s fault but rather a matter of individual guests’ lack of consideration.

Very Tidy little place with All you could need for a few days away. Good communication from Wilf who was helpful. All the Mod Cons that I wasn't expecting also. Good Value for money.

Ideal for our purposes (family visit), able to take family (housetrained) cat which was much appreciated and three takeaways within 2 mins inc. a convenience store downstairs. The free Wi-fi works OK too which was important for accessing work emails on my laptop - Parking is available round the corner in Melville/Lyndhurst Road for a City visit to Manchester or Old Trafford this is ideal, check in was easy and loads of cleaning gear together with sanitiser and hand wash was available (The mattress can be moved into the Lounge if you prefer to sleep in separate rooms, I snore !), there is some minor noise from the traffic but this is to be expected and was not an issue for me as I checked out the location before booking) - Thanks Wilf I'd definitely return - Everything was perfect - thanks for leaving the milk ! The tea / coffee n 'sugar were REALLY helpful additions - Cheers !

Sadly did not stay as my son took unwell, area ok, no one there to advise on entry etc.
Did ask at the deli like I was told but they advised it eat nothing to do with them and got quite rude about it

Lovely apartment and 5 mins drive from Bowlers which is where we needed to be so it was ideal. Had great facilities and TV with all channels/movies etc.

Wilf. What a brilliant man! He made sure the stay was comfortable, accessible and most importantly easy. The flat is very clean, short stay realistically, but if you are planning a trip to manchester (lets say for football purposes) this is the place to stay!

Door lock a bit stiff to open on apartment....and front shared door not locked by other people in other apartment overnight.

Brilliant service, super simple remote check in plus l was due to a Man Utd football match that was kicking off the same time as 1st check-in but when l contacted Wilf he let me check-in an hour early with no fuss. Then when l was checking out he offered me a free coffee from the deli downstairs which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended place.

Fabulous, clean, and very warm apartment. Close to the bus stop that bring you to the city center. The apartment has everything that you need to spend a few days there. It is close to supermarket where you can buy all essentials that you could need.

Location suited us as only just over half an hours walk from Trafford Park. Also flat is located over a delicatessen and next to a grocery and chipshop which was handy. Parking nearby was convenient and safe.
