There is a weird smell of drainage in the room we had to leave couldn't even stay other apartment next us had a dog that kept barking was in there about 90 mins we couldn't stay

Everything, it felt like a real home from home. As soon as I walked in I didn’t want to leave. The apartment is spacious, lots of lighting options, not overlooked, massive tv in the living room., both the sofa bed in the living room and the twin beds in the bed room were very comfortable. Loads of draw space and a wardrobe to hang your clothes. The bathroom is a bit small but just big enough. It has a toilet a shower and a sink and just enough floor space to move around as you need to. The shower is great too. Full glass door not soggy shower curtain.
There is a perfect opportunity to turn a bit of roof space that come s off the bedroom into a small terrace or balcony by putting a door where the window is . I understand the cost to do it if the roof isn’t safe to walk on. Just would be lovely to have.

On arriving it was a nightmare to park as whilst we'd been advised to park around the corner there was no space. The flat itself is next to some shops on a dirty, busy main road so no lib appeal whatsoever. The flat inside was pleasant enough but dull and lacked both natural and false lighting. My biggest concern however, was the through door into the other flat as whilst it was clearly locked, I was staying there with my daughter and did not feel safe as the interconnecting flat was housing a bunch of males. All in all, not for me...
Decor a bit on the depressing side especially in the lounge area...

The owners kept intouch .iff you needed anything there was email address and phone numbers. Extremely clean .spacious. situated in a very good place .recommend this property. I couldn't fault it in any way

Accommodation was immaculate. Good quality heating, shower worked well, beds were clean and comfortable. Facilities were better than you would get at a lot of hotels with the privacy of being the only guests and the benefits of being able to spend your entire trip with your company.
We had no complaints. Everything worked well and was as we would expect to find it.

Was pleasantly surprised, had everything needed, was clean, toasty apartment, didn’t meet the host but was very informative leading up to my stay.
Nothing about the apartment, only thing is walls a pretty thin and can hear the next apartment banging and clattering but then they must aswell and noise reduced as me and my son went to bed

The apartment was lovely, so cozy! And a big gorgeous tele which we didn’t stop watching, full sky too so we had good movies to watch. There is a sofa bed and we didn’t move from that spot all day and there’s a shop just underneath, perfect for snacks! It’s modern and clean and Wilf the host was lovely and welcomed us when we arrived, we asked if we could arrive a little earlier than 12 to get ready for an event we were attending at 1 and he managed to get us in for around 11 which was perfect considering he had guests in that morning, we’ve booked to stay again in December and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you :)

We just needed a quick overnight stay so I just opted for something easy, where there was free parking. Price was a factor, as we were on a budget, so we weren't expecting luxury. I was worried that we might find it difficult to park, arriving quite late on a Saturday, so locals wouldn't be out at work and there would be lots of cars around... I shouldn't have worried. There was plenty of space just to the side of the building. I didn't notice any road noise inside the property, which was a relief as I am a light sleeper.
I thought that the property was nicer than it looks in the pictures. I struggle with a bad back but found the beds comfortable. There is a double socket that is easily accessible from both beds. It has both regular plugs and usb sockets and there were plenty of other sockets like this around the place as well. Often twin rooms feel really cramped, but the bedroom felt like it had plenty of space for the two beds. The living area had a good size tv with sky tv, so my teenage daughter was very happy! The place was spotless. Everywhere was very clean, including the bathroom. There was plenty of loo roll, which sounds silly, but is important! There were tea bags and sugar (sorry, I didn't look for coffee, so I can't recall if there was any?). Next door is a small shop, so we were able to grab some milk there even though it was after 8pm on a Saturday. A cup of tea was therefore able to be had as soon as we arrived, which was unexpectedly nice, as I hadn't thought to bring anything. The kitchen has a pretty good set of two electric hobs, extractor fan, toaster, kettle and microwave. There are some pots and pans, crockery and glasses. Although we didn't see the hosts because we arrived late, it was nice to receive a personal email before coming explaining how we could easily find them and offering two contact numbers in case of any issues.
It was great that towels were provided, but it was only 1 per person. As a female with long hair, it is helpful to have a second towel (which can be smaller), so that wet hair can be wrapped up out of the way while we dry the body. I was half-expecting this, so I did bring an extra towel with me, so no biggie. It is nice to have any towels at all, so definitely not a criticism, just put it in this section so people spot it and bring an extra towel if they prefer to use two. Despite putting these in the negative section, I will say that we were comfortable here and I would happily stay here again. Just trying to help out by putting a thorough review. :-)

Out of town location with convenient transport links, parking for those driving up, and clean facilities. Owner was very responsive on messages. Check in was easy with keybox. The heating controls weren't in our side of the apartment (looks like it's split between 2 properties), but the radiators were controllable on the sides. Beds comfy. Quiet location. Very happy and would stay again :) didn't make as much use of the kitchen or lounge as would have liked, but handy to consider for another visit. Sofa bed, if considering an additional guest, didn't seem suitable however and would be best suited to 2 people staying.

Great compact little apartment perfect for our stay.
Not the owners fault just the guests in the other flat were noisy leaving early in the morning and shouting loudly woke both my children up. Very inconsiderate and adults should know better.

Ideal place to stay if visiting Manchester or Salford Quays. Very comfortable, simple but perfectly clean with basic but good cooking facilities, great shower and nice and warm Access info was simple and easy, very quiet. Bus into the city was easy, or about 10 uber. Little shop for any snacks downstairs. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Parking available literally 3 yards away on side street. Very impressed and great value.

It’s a lovely little apartment situated 15 minutes from the care park airport parking that we had booked for 5:30am the following morning

Great for access to Manchester United FC & The Trafford Centre, Grocers, Delicatessen & reasonably priced Fish n' Chips directly adjacent to the Apartment with a great Indian Takeaway over the road - Parking available in the residential road behind the property (with free parking there) - Great value great facilities (thanks for the Tea/Coffee n' Sugar + Shower Gels) and good Wi-Fi and large screen Sat. TV - Perfect !

If I could give a nil rating, this is what this accommodation is. The room had a very nauseating smell and I ran out with my family to find a hotel. Sheets awful at the sight of it. I feel scammed and I am very unhappy that I lost my money but I’m glad I was not stranded with my sons because we found a hotel slightly more expensive but worth it.
