The location was close to the station and city centre.

Furniture stained and flat in need of painting and updating.

Not much. In a derelict street in industrial area with boarded up building covered in graffiti. A busy tyre and auto repair on the street seemed only other working premises. At first glance thought it was another. Very gritty public areas in building with several flights of stairs to our apartment. Kitchen well set out but no parking within several streets. Didn’t feel safe to leave car so far away on streets n 3-4 away. Tried to cancel and get refund as simply could not get to it, but was refused. Had to book somewhere else just to park car. I did enquire and was told parking outside building.

How close it was to Seaham, kitchen was well equiped with fridge/freezer and washing machine. Staff responded to messages quickly and resolved not having enough linen and towels quickly.

Not enough towels for number of people on the booking, very poor decorative state and disrepair in some parts, lack of equipment such as an airer or broom to sweep the floors, no hair drier as description says, beds only 2 singles pushed together and sofa bed not double. Was up 2 sets of very steep stairs with an animal poo on them half way up but was told it was ground floor (im disabled). Loud road makes having windows open at night impossible and dueing day its ok if you want weed from garage next door drifting in and being sniffed by your child. Small garden area had rubbish everywhere and chairs were broken. Could not get the TV to work at all. Shower tray leaked between the white tray and the silver strip of the door and flooded the floor on every use, becauae it wasnt sealed. Curtain pole hanging off wall. Hangers in wardrobe but not rail as its broken. Flooring not finished properly, tiling not finished, windows didnt shut or lock properly, dreadful wiring situation in the wall way, front door doesnt close very securely the list goes on and on

I had booked a different property under the same management in October for a course i was attending in April. When I arrived, I was told that the owners had changed and they did not have my booking. I then spoke to booking.com customer service and had to pay for new accommodation in the same area. When I arrived, it was dirty and a lot of things were broken. It was absolutely nothing like the photos and there seemed to be some lady of the night activities going on throughout the accommodation. I requested an invoice multiple times in order to claim my money back through booking.com and the management ignored me.

It’s a good size and given that it has a kitchen it’s a really decent price.

The problem is everything has a sort of sheen of grime on it. It’s not actively dirty, but your skin never quite feels clean after being in here. We had to rewash all the dishes and cutlery and even then it didn’t feel properly clean. Same with the soft furnishings, you just don’t really want your skin touching it. But given the price and the location it’s really decent value for money,

Property is unfit to stay in,

Holes in the walls, electrical wires half fitted, dirt all over the door

Very clean , beds are comfy! Definitely stay again ☺️

Clean & tidy. Very warm. The beds were comfortable.

I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like really. Everything was fine & suited us

Neat and beautiful seems we were the first client there.

Their service was extremely poor as there was a leakage while we were using the bathroom it led to the alarm siren on and this attracted the fire ambulance to the property,

Excelente ubicación, apartments espacio muy limpio, céntrico tienes todo cerca superados, farmacia, paradas de bus, casos históricos. El apartamento está full equipado, diría que tiene cosas de más 🥰😍el alfrition es una excelente persona siempre atento y te envía instrucciones clara de llega y entrada, de hecho pude hacer la entrada más temprano gracias ☺️ lo recomiendo 100% volveré sin duda gracias

Creo que la persona que se hospede aquí no tiene ningúna razones para que no le guste este sitio

El piso está bien.

Faltaría una escoba y productos de limpieza básicos. Alguna bolsa de basura. Las camas no son muy cómodas.
