Disappointing stay at Nasma Luxury Stay

I liked the view, I liked the spacious environment and the convience of near by amenities.

Unfortunately, my stay at Nasma Luxury Stays Majestic Marina Views, 4BR Getaway in JBR was far from the "luxury" experience advertised. Major issues included: No working light fixtures in some rooms – completely unacceptable, especially in a property marketed as high-end. Severe water problems – we experienced leaks from the ceiling (from the upstairs unit), a water cut, and general plumbing issues that made the stay stressful and inconvenient. Cleanliness was a major letdown. The apartment was dusty and poorly maintained, and it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done before our arrival. Some areas showed signs of neglect, with visible wear and tear and a general lack of upkeep. While the location and marina view were undeniably beautiful, those factors alone do not justify the high price or the promise of a luxury stay. The lack of basic functionality and cleanliness seriously impacted our experience. Would not recommend unless there are major improvements in maintenance, hygiene, and guest service. A sad ending to my stay was when the water pipe exploded and I had to pay for emergency plumbing due to the staff being unreachable and then when I asked for the refund of a mere 150 AED, mostly due for the principal of the act, they said they would refund and then argued that it was refunded through booking.com, when Booking.com made it clear that the property owners refused to provide any refund. Please, do not spend your hard earned money here.

Big and comfortable, looks great, I like it very much all my family together, A spacious area, a pharmacy nearby, and the Carrefour, the view is wonderful, overlooking the marina

over all , had an amazing stay. loved the space we had and the location was perfect. shops, pharmacy , pools were close

there’s was a funny smell coming from toilets . (drains/sewage smell) which was unpleasant.

Hugh apartment, large beautiful rooms, comfy beds, high floor, very nice view of the Marina, great location, walking distance from the beach, The walk.

The only minus is the kitchen, which needs serious update!
