Great place - outstanding size and comfort with great beach location.

The apartment was a fantastic size and well kitted although now starting to look a little "tired". Great position for the beach, restaurants and shopping. The little thoughts like coffee, soap etc were nice to arrive to. Beds were comfortable. High enough to get great views. Price was great, especially if there is a group of you going.

Worked for us, but all the rooms are double/king size beds, so not really kitted out for children sharing. Maids room was the only one with a single bed but was unfortunately the only room we have a complaint about, The shower room stank and the insects were gathering - luckily we didn't use this room and just closed the door on it. Not a problem with the people letting but the neighbours decided to undertake some work during our stay. This resulted in drilling from 8:00 am for 4 days and once this was finished a strong paint smell in 2 of the bedrooms for the last couple of days. Getting our bearings took a little while as the main exit is on a high level plaza. Pool was a little small but with the great beach nearby not a real issue.

The view and the size was awesome It’s right on jbr with everything nearby Checkin was smooth and easy

Everything was good except one thing the apartment is not cleaned during our stay and it was very annoying as it’s a service apartment . So the management should work on it

A great apartment in an amazing location - the apartment just needs some TLC to bring i

Great location and property, however we had multiple issues during out stay, although the Luxury Escaped maintenance team were very good and efficient in fixing most of these things.

This was a great apartment, but not a luxury apartment - as would be suggested by being part of the Luxury Escapes portfolio. 1 - The boiler in the utility was leaking a significant amount of water which flowed down into the utility room floor - this was fixed as soon as we reported it. 2 - The kitchen is poorly equipped - only 4 teaspoons, no breakfast bowls, no pint glasses (or any large glasses), no oven trays, no kitchen paper, no salt and pepper etc. We were kindly brought some new cereal bowls, kitchen paper and tin foil to line the oven shelf when cooking. 3 - The downstairs boiled sink tap was leaking +++ onto the surrounding vanity area, and into a bucket which had been left there too collect the water - this was fixed after we reported it. 4 - The maids room bed was so hard, I had to take the cushions on the sofa and put them on the bed each night under the sheet. 5 - The water from the shower in the maids room often spilt out of the shower area and into the bathroom, as the rim on the floor is far to small to prevent this. 6 - The drain in the maids room shower smells, causing the bathroom to smell. 7 - The drain pipe from the sink in the maids room bathroom leaks significantly and flows back into the bathroom whenever the sink is used - this was reported and will hopefully be fixed before the next guests arrive, as I said we could cope with it, having had the maintenance plumber out twice already during our stay. 8 - Neither beside lights worked in one of the upstairs bedrooms. 9 - Only 1 bedside light worked in another of the upstairs bedrooms. 10- A welcome pack would have been nice and useful.

The view was beautiful, the apartment is nice and spacious, Beautiful balcony views.

There was construction that was very loud, which the owner was notified of according to security and I brought up the concern multiple times and the support was very poor

Super wakacje

Bardzo wygodny i przestronny apartament na 28 piętrze. Na dwóch poziomach cztery duże sypialnie z łazienkami, trzy z obłędnym widokiem na morze, plażę JBR i koło Ain Dubai, czwarta sypialnia z widokiem bocznym. Duży salon z wielką kanapą oraz wygodnym stołem w jadalni. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wszędzie bardzo czysto. Świetna lokalizacja, do plaży JBR kilka minut, do tramwaju podobnie, do metra ok. 15-20 minut spacerem. Na terenie osiedla sklepy spożywcze, plac zabaw.

Łazienkom i kuchni przydałoby się odświeżenie, ale nie jest to dużym problem - tak jak wspomniałem nie mamy zarzutów do czystości.
