The apartment is superb!

Quality of the interior upgrade was perfect, we are lucky to come on time. The apartment is large and the air conditioning worked well. Balcony is big and the view is beautiful. Outside pool is lovely with a supermarket, subway, pharmacy and a few shops, cafe, etc. We will be happy to come back again.

Great apartment and location

Amazing apartment, really unique experience. Very big. The forniture are super modern and there is all you need. It like 5-star luxury hotel, and there are many the shops and free beach. Definitely we will back soon. Thanks a lot!

The Beach, the Promenade and the Nightlife

The penthouse is sleek and stylish. I love the terrace with a stunning view of the sea and the Palm Jumeirah. I chilled in the shared pool or watched a film in my home cinema. I had a blast at the beach, the promenade and the nightlife. It’s the best place to live in Dubai.

This place is awesome!

Cozy bedrooms with bathrooms, spacious living room with TV and balcony, ocean and JBR walk view. Kitchen with everything, cafes and restaurants nearby. Free outdoor swimming pool, refreshing and cool. Perfect location, walk to beach, marina, mall. Staff nice and helpful, early check in. Relaxing and luxurious vacation in Dubai. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

The location is amazing!

Beds were not prepared for all the members while I clearly informed them we would arrive at 3:00 AM. Was asked to forward passport copies to facilitate the check in but that wasn’t done at all!! Bedsheets were dirty and only one table knife for 14 people (although I requested knives 3 times) Wardrobe coming down when opening it could have insured a child severely. TV not working. Oven was filthy etc..Such pity because the location is excellent!!

Will not recommend. The room were not properly clean and maintained before the check-in.

The location was perfect! Host was waiting when we arrive.

The check-in basic details were not shared properly, I have to ask for wifi details and gym card, and it was only shared the next day. Room was not properly maintained on the day of checked in. The floor was not vacuumed and mopped, after 5 mins in the apartment my feet can feel the dust and of course it turns black. According to the host, they will only clean the room every 2 days, but I am 100% certain it was not shared and only by the 3rd day after communicating then they took actions however, it was not thoroughly clean, bedsheets are covered in black moldy spots, bathroom are flooding, tap water came out brown (only on the 1st day seems like no one was staying there for a long while), and they cleared the old towel without replacing with any new ones. Only during the 4th day after me expressing my displeasure then the cleaner came in to do a proper job. I have 2 kids in the family, and they developed skin flare up during the stay due to the dusty environment. It would have been a better stay if they did put in more effort in the beginning. Very upset for a 1k+ per night amount that I am paying!

Disappointing

The location and the size of the property is too good. But The furniture and utensils in the apartment are not appropriate and sufficient. The staff is too rude and totally unprofessional. Very much unsatisfied with the services. For everything you need to give 3/4 reminders every day. They did not even provide access cards for facilities (like swimming pool and gym) for three days out of 5 days and that to after too many phone calls. Cleaning services were promised on every alternate day. Apartment was cleaned only once and other times staff was "busy" Though the apartment location is fantastic, the staff and services are very poor. Not at all suggested for anyone to book this.

We had a great holiday, but would look for a more updated modern apartment next time.

The location of the apartment was perfect and we could not fault this. With 5 children and 7 adults it would be difficult to better.

The apartment size was perfect for the family but it is very dated, the bathrooms and kitchen need updating completely. One bathroom had no shower curtain and the other shower screen leaked. With the kitchen there was hardly any equipment and if you let water out of the sink too fast it came up in the floor. I am not saying dont stay there but price should be reduced until it has been modernised.

Only the location was good.

The pictures don't match the property. Their were no normal or cold water in shower. As I went with kids and it was really difficult for us and kids to take shower in such hot water. We had to keep water in bottles as their was no tub or any thing to keep water in. And then use it very carefully. Cleaning was suppose to be done every second day but they came after 3 day even I have to ask them to come and change the sheets. One of the toilet seat was broken and it was repaired with a nail and it was very difficult to use due to that nail.

Good location but apartment needs a lot of work.

Every mattress was stained and there wasn’t enough towels or bedding for a group of 7. We were on a work trip and booked this place as we thought we’d have independence during our stay and it was big enough for separate beds but with lack of bedding and only one key between us all this was made extremely difficult.

Pleasant

I had booked this stay for a night on my husband's birthday. A surprise for him so I arranged for a group of our friends. 12m the day of check-in the lady called me to say by 3pm the rooms will be ready for check-in. I reached at the premises at 5pm and shockingly the rooms were dirty. Left by the previous tenants. It was just after 10 mins the guys came to clean it. I was so furious and they were like it will be over by 10mins. So I have to expect a good cleaning in 10 mins. No compensation was given for this mishap.. The agent Mr Saad doesn't reply properly to messages and never answer your call. I asked for an alternate room and they were giving me one view lower. I am paying money for the view and they wanted me to downgrade to a lower level because they couldn't make it on time to clean. I highly doubt even the bedsheets were changed and they just used the previous used ones. Not happy at all and will not think twice to come back to this property. Poorly managed.

Did not like the attitude of the agent. Never answer the calls. Do not reply properly. Was not happy with the fact the rooms were still untidy at the time of check-in

Daily housekeeping was not there.Though the booking was done for 15 persons ,enough towels,pillows,blankets and toiletries were not available until we requested .Dish washer was not working.There was no face tissues in the apartment.

Great apartment! Very cozy and super close to the beach. The host is very responsive and ready to help. The apartment is well furnished with a modern flair, clean and spacious. Absolutely fantastic views of Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Marina. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment which is very well located and clean. Really good service. Wide and clean rooms, very much accomodating owner and was flexible enough for all our queries and changes. Street food and high end restaurants around. Would definitely recommend this place.

Okay... A lot of room for improvement

The location is excellent, on The Walk, very close to the attractions with a decent view.

The place is a little old. The excavators were not working in the toilets and thus a lot of smell was coming back into the flat. The cleaning was done every 3 days and was very superficial. To be honest they should and could have done a lot better.

A lot of space, this is important for our family. Clean bathrooms. Fresh bedding in the bedrooms. Everything is very pleasant. Large sofa in the living room - we all fit when watching TV.

I really liked the bathrooms - better than in our house. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are large. There is a balcony - you can see everything around. A very beautiful place. The beach is nearby. We are very satisfied.
