The worst ever
I used to visit Dubai almost twice or thrice a year but this was the worst of all times, there was maintenance work in the building and they didn't tell me about that and the booking system is prepaid and even when they contacted me to send the required documents they didn't tell me about the maintenance work, we went on vacation and it was supposed to spend more time in the residence but we had to leave daily in the morning and come back late at night to get rid of the sounds of drilling and excavation and my mother had an operation a while ago and I took her to rest a little she started to have panic attacks from the loud sound of drilling work, they deducted an amount of about 100 dollars for cleaning but when we asked them to clean the apartment they asked for a fee and they didn't do anything they just randomly wiped the floor and didn't do any cleaning work for anything else, the staff was uncooperative, Also, there was a part in the shower hose that was broken and caused me injuries several times، The extra blankets and sheets smelled really bad.
