The property shown was not the property given to us. BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM
Location - BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM
DO NOT FALL FOR THE PICTURES SHOWN. It’s not Penthouse but a TENT house. BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. The property on booking.com is Rimal 2 but we were put in Rimal 4. Had no choice because of cancellation charges. Old furniture nothing what you see in the pictures. The property had cockroaches, dirty linen, broken shower, broken toilet seat, clogged basins. No pillow covers, dish washer did not work. ONLY ONE TOWEL FOR ENTIRE 6 DAYS STAY. All this was recorded. Host Natalia was never seen in person and only communication was advance down payment to secure reservation . Agent who attended required the CASH PAYMENT IN FULL, no credit cards. All this was recorded and reported to POLICE who directed us to DUBAI DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMY & TOURISM with photographs as evidence. This is the complaint number EC-75388; Inspector Saeed got us our $300 deposit back. We had to check out 6:30 am to catch flight, there was no attendant. The property we reserved on booking.com had different address but we were moved to another building in the same cluster. Booking.com has violated their own policy that will be pursued separately.

Wow! Just Wow!
So plush and luxurious, 35th floor with fantastic views across Dubai. Brilliant layout for a company. Swimming pool just perfect. A lovely touch for travel weary travellers before we shopped. Linen was crisp, towels white and fluffy. Apartment is great geographically, very central to The Beach and attractions. Nicest place we have ever stayed in. Just fab.

Clean, comfortable, and the host was very helpful
Great place in a beautiful and happening neighborhood. Private and peaceful location, have plenty of food and amenities options and a very good view of JBR and sea. Clean and well furnished apartment. Owner and staff are very responsive and cooperative. Overall great experience. Highly recommended
