This property is run by two men the property smells of bad drainage. This property is not a tall luxury which is mentioned and it is not five star rating.

We were cheated they took money non refundable for 4 bedrooms and gave 2 bedrooms which was very very bad water leakage hot water in bathroom broken chairs

The apartment is very tidy and clean,we are very happy ang please during our stay here.The host Suresh is very nice and approachable he even give us a present thanks☺️we definitely come back here again

We had a wonderful stay at the two-bedroom apartment in Marina Wharf 2. From the beginning, Suresh was very accommodating and went above and beyond by waiting for our check-in even though we arrived late at 11:20 PM. His warm welcome truly set the tone for our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and well-prepared. It had everything we needed — complete toiletries, fully equipped kitchen facilities, welcome drinks, and even a parking space reserved for us. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, making our stay even more memorable. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a lovely gift from the property after check-out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, we highly recommend Success Vacation Homes Rentals LLC for their excellent hospitality, great facilities, and amazing location. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and it has nice smell

The apartment was spotless, clean and had all the utilities we needed. Location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to get to the Marina walkway and also 5 minutes to get to The Walk (JBR). Close to restaurants and shops. Marina Wharf 2 (the name of the building) has its own gym on the 2nd floor, pool, and tennis court. Would definitely book here again. Suresh made this stay extra special, Thankyou. He made sure we had everything we needed, towels, rooms cleaned on time etc.

It was very clean worth for what you pay and the guy suresh is very good kind and hospitality was sooo good and he guided us.. we enjoyed the stay everything was good

We had a welcome drinks esp we came from long drive. Comfortable , relaxing stayed. and walking distance to JBR. Everyone enjoyed swimming water temperature is good. Good price for family and friends. With fantastic views. Everyone are satisfied . Everyone still planing to came back. Hopefully we can still have a good price. Staffs are helpful and accomdating. We just have difficult ti find the locatiin at first because we are not familiar with the place. We just worried for next time if we got more groups and we have more Cars if they will have more parking available. I don't have anything to say.

Location was brilliant and we had a great view of the Marina. The property was clean and comfortable for all of us.

Clean and homely. 3 mins from the beach. Balcony overlooking main road and another over the marina. Had a couple of problems with the oven and a leak but they were literally solved within the hour. Daily housekeeping was a bonus. Large bottle of water on tap an available and plant of towels. AC worked a treat. Parking spot perfect on level 1 and room On level 11.

All was good! As a personal preference I would have liked a mattress topper but beds were comfortable

Everything. After arriving at the property at 2.30am Dubai time we found our accommodation totally unacceptable. There was a musky smell in the apartment probaly caused by the evidence on one wall adjacent to ensuite bathroom showed signs of a existing/previous moisture problem. Both balconies had cleaning equipment (Mops, buckets, vacuum cleaner stored on the balconies). Bathroom/Bedrooom doors would not close preventing any form of privacy. The fridge was very niosy in it's operation. General cleaning of the apartment was appalling. If we had arrived at a time that we were able to book alternate accommodation immediately we would have. Following arranging alternate accommodation the next morning we contacted management to advise. They did offer other accommodation but it was too late. We sent a WhatsApp mesage the follwoing day regarding the above information in the hope that a refund of some description would be offered but that hasn't occurred. We have travelled extensively and this would be by far the worst accommodation offered. WE WILL NEVER STAY IN ACCOMMODATION MANAGED BY THIS COMPAMY EVER AGAIN. UPDATE: ATTACHED ARE PHOTOS TAKEN IN THE APARTMENT DEPICTING WHAT THE APARTMENT LOOKS LIKE - TOTALLY DIFFERENT TO THE PHOTOS SHOWN ON THE BOOKING.COM WEBSITE. Of particular note is the cleaning equipment on the balcony showing mops, bucket and electric vacuum cleaner left outside. After further correspondence with management of the disgusting apartment they have refused to refund any of the money paid for THE DISGUSTING APARTMENT so I have now referred the matter to the Department of Fair Trading and my solicitor. IF AFTER READING THE ABOVE AND YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERING BOOKING THIS APARATMENT (2 BEDROOM) PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE VERY FEW REVIEWS POSTED REGARDING THIS APARTMENT. ALSO OUT OF THE PHOTOS POSTED DEPICTING THE PROPERTY 1 PHOTO WAS ACTUALLY TAKEN IN THE TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT.

STAY AWAY from this place. The vibe of this place is an overpriced seedy motel The sofa, dining chairs, headboard and rug all had stains. The light switches were sticky. The floor was disgusting. The towels, although plastic wrapped were old and stained. There’s a sticker on the toilet saying don’t flush toilet paper?! Worst of all, the shower was clogged and it was like stepping into other peoples filth. The whole place was disgusting. There is one general reception area for what is a residence building. There’s no receptionist, just a security guard sitting at the desk. After we texted that we’d arrived, the “manager” came down to reception in shorts and flip flops. The apartment door has a “sign” printed on a home printer and taped to the door. The whole operating is seedy. The bed was also very uncomfortable and I dared not lift the bed sheets to see what was underneath - I have no faith it was clean. I yell from the rooftops to STAY AWAY from this place if you care at all about hygiene. Also the room was very overpriced for what it was. No redeeming qualities.

A plus for location and communication with the stuff. 10 min walking to metro station and 3 to tram.

The biggest problem is the noise from the street. The windows are not sealing enough, and the noise from the street can be heard inside. The furniture and bathrooms furniture needs some attention/replacement. No dishwasher

The property was spacious . It helped me work from the apartment itself . It was quite relaxing totally recommended

Loved the location right in Dubai Marina Big apparment with a large living room and 2 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There was a fridge in every bedroom. Tram station 50m from the location. Amazing staff who helped us with our luggage before/after check-in. There is a supermarket right next to it. Comfortable beds, pillows. Good water pressure. They provided toothbrush, comb.

The third bedroom is small but it was OK. The AC wasn't working in the third bedroom.

The location is accessible to all what a tourist would looked for.

Great location, lots of room and beds, the staff were very helpful and got us a taxi to the airport.
