EDEN'S Homes & Villas - KG Tower

I loved the fact that everything posted/mentioned in the Booking App were the actual condition of the property. I would also like to commend, first, Mr. Sreyas, the check-in staff who met me upon arrival at the property. He made sure that everything is well and ok. He was very courteous and professional. Second, Ms. Justine, the reservation staff who is in touch with me all the way from time of the reservation, to check-in and after check-out follow-up. She exhibits excellent customer support and service.

Nothing. Except that I would suggest to clean the glass windows in the living area overlooking the Address Hotel.

Location was too good. Bedrooms and main hall is also very good and view was excellent. Kitchen was good equipped

Emplacement sympa , pas loin de la balade de la marina , mais il faut prendre un taxi quand même parce que l’appartement n’est pas du bon côté. Mais il a la vue sur le canal et sur la mer . C’est très agréable

L’appartement demande à être un peu rafraîchi. Il est très spacieux , il y a 2 salons mais il nécéssite un peu de maintenance . Par contre , le service technique est rapide et efficace . La caution de 3000 dirhams est restituée 14 à 21 jours après le séjour . Je ne trouve pas cela très normal . Le delai est trop long . Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des terrasses des chambres , elles étaient défectueuses et devaient rentrer en travaux .

the appointment needs maintenance more for AC and some water leaks.
