Great location and spacious apartment.

Great location at the centre of everything.

The apartment requires a lot of maintenance. When we checked in, wifi was not working(sorted out the same day,could have looked into this before) Washrooms had a bad odour during our stay.

So communicative throughout the process - very seamless. Any request we had was attended to - eg, we needed more toilet paper, blankets, towels, washing liquid for laundry and they were happy to accommodate so quickly! Definitely staying again - we were here for a work trip for the week and our whole team stayed at the apartment. Perfect size to accommodate for everyone with a lot of space, great views, multiple bathrooms, keypad entry. We also used the kitchen facilities and they were all great - felt like we were at home! The dining table was perfect for us to be working throughout the nights in a shared space. Can't rave about it enough!

Perfect Place

My stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! The space was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with everything I needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the Marina view was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect—convenient yet quiet, with easy access to nearby attractions. The host was attentive and welcoming, making the entire experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing property, very spacious and good located within the Marina. The apartment looked like the pictures and the view is amazing, it had everything listed and the team was responsive and helpful! Definitely recommended!

Amazing views and posh accommodations!

The view from the living room and bedrooms were beautiful! All bedroom had en-suite bath, very spacious, comfortable, and stylish apartment in an accessible location.

Coffee, tea, and more water would have been an added plus.

I’m yet to get my deposit for 14 days now and it’s not still paid. They don’t pick my calls and still very rude. Not recommended.

الشقه نظيفه وكبيره

لم يعجبني لايوجد اي خدمات تقدم يجب تخدم نفسك وكان الشي متعب لان احمل الاغراض والحقائب بمفردي ولا يوجد عربانات ولا اي مساعده والذي صدمني هو مبلغ التامين كثر جدا واطريت ان ادفع مبلغ الذي. كنت سوف اصرفه لتامين ولم استمتع لان المبلغ دفع كامل لتامين وهذا شي كثير لماذا التامين لا يكون مبلغ بحدود 1000 ولماذا تم اخذ مبلغ 3000 ازعجني هذا الشي وانا دافعه لشقه لحدود3000 غير التامين المبلغ كامل 6000 الالاف وتقريبا لماذا

Appartement bien situé , belle vue , agréable . Bien pour une grande famille .

Emplacement sympa , pas loin de la balade de la marina , mais il faut prendre un taxi quand même parce que l’appartement n’est pas du bon côté. Mais il a la vue sur le canal et sur la mer . C’est très agréable

L’appartement demande à être un peu rafraîchi. Il est très spacieux , il y a 2 salons mais il nécéssite un peu de maintenance . Par contre , le service technique est rapide et efficace . La caution de 3000 dirhams est restituée 14 à 21 jours après le séjour . Je ne trouve pas cela très normal . Le delai est trop long . Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des terrasses des chambres , elles étaient défectueuses et devaient rentrer en travaux .

Самый большой плюс-это вид из каждого окна и балкона квартиры. Удобное расположение, очень много места.

Грязно. Заселение задержали на 1,5 часа, потому что не успевали убрать, мы сидели и ждали вместо того, чтобы проводить время как хочется нам. В итоге все равно повсюду было волосы и грязь. Совершенно никакой клиентоориентированностич нам не разрешили оставить багаж. Хотя. За такую цену и при условии депозита в 3000 AED могли бы пойти навстречу. Совершенно не стоит уплаченных денег. Есть множество квартир с таким же расположением, видом, чуть поменьше, но с гораздо более приветливыми хозяевами. На полу холодная плитка, на нашу просьбу предоставить тапочки нам отказали. При заселении сказали, что обращаться можно по любому вопросу, фактически нам могли просто не отвечать на сообщения
