Good location. Apartment is generally well kept
The check in process was terrible.
I received 2 reminders (in the middle of the night) to send on passport details before checking in. I did it the following morning at 9am. I asked for early check in. They told me the previous night had extended their check out to 1,15pm, which is fine. I then asked is there anyway to leave the bags and the just said a company that works in the airport, which isn’t very helpful. When I did try to check in at 7.30pm, the receptionist/security had no record of my booking. It took about 15 minutes to get this sorted.
