Very nice location, great view from the balcony, and the apartment is spacious and very well equipped.
The only downside was that the swimming pool was under renovation and could not be used, which I was not informed about in advance.

Such great value for money! Had 2.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet and nice to have a kitchen and living room too. Great location, good aircon. Exactly what we needed.
Not an issue really for us but like many places in Dubai work was happening on a neighbouring building.

Well located towards on the marina with a nice view. Accommodation was well kept and perfect for our family, all amenities you would expect in an apartment. Pool was a nice retreat from the heat.
All information was made available in a timely and kind manner by the contact person.
Nothing - just some tips for visitors to make your visit more pleasant...check in first to the reception, drop off luggage at the garage entrance. You can ask for assistance from the lobby. Then park your car on P5. . From the underground garage you would have to buzzed in by reception to open the door for the stairs to the elevator.

Ver clear, spacious, and got all amenities and equipments. Overall very comfortable for even a big family. Even for a mini gym inside the apartment
