Frank Porter - Bonaire Tower

We really liked the apartment and location. It has everything you need, a lot of natural light and the facilities of the building (pool, gym etc. ) are great.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was not great at all. We agreed with Frank Porter to have an early check-in at 11am, but the staff of the building didn’t allow us to access the apartment and we had to wait almost 2.5hs in the lobby. If it wouldn’t be for the negative experience with the staff of the building this would be a 10/10.

The location of the apartments is very convenient — there is direct access from the building to the Marina Promenade. For guests with a car, having a parking space in the underground garage is a big plus and very convenient. The building offers great facilities: a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a gym, a squash court, a small spa with a jacuzzi, and a mini library — all contributing to a comfortable stay. The apartments themselves are not new and show some signs of wear, but they are clean and well maintained. There is a large kitchen, huge windows with blackout curtains (excellent for sleeping), and two bathrooms. The owner was always available and responded quickly to any questions or issues. The bed is very large but felt a bit too firm for us — however, this is a matter of personal preference. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

The property is situated in an excellent location, close to the sea and shops. It features a well-equipped gym with all necessary amenities. The apartment is well-maintained; while not brand new, it is in very good condition and aesthetically pleasing.  

At first, it felt strange that I had to pay a security deposit just to stay in the property. To be more precise, it was a bit confusing. But as for the apartment itself — I was satisfied with everything. I have nothing negative to say.
