What We Liked * Excellent location, close to the metro, Dubai Marina Mall, and Jumeirah beaches. * Spacious apartment with a good layout. * Convenient area for both tourists and business travelers. * The apartment generally looks good and has great potential.

What We Didn’t Like * The apartment was not cleaned properly before our arrival. * The kettle was extremely dirty, and we had to buy a new one for our stay. * Several items shown in the listing photos were missing from the living room. * No hot water in the smaller shower. * Mold around the air conditioning unit in the bathroom. * Cockroaches appeared in the bathroom connected to the master bedroom. * The building is quite old. * Elevator service was a major issue: * Only 4 elevators serve floors 51–97. * Most of the time only 2–3 elevators were working. * Frequent breakdowns and long waiting times. * On several occasions all elevators stopped working at the same time, causing us to be late for work. * The parking space assigned to Apartment 6907 is extremely small and not suitable for larger vehicles. * Despite reporting the parking issue, no alternative solution was provided during our entire stay.

Ausgezeichnet. Umgebung direkt bei Marina Walk. Princess Tower ist einer unserer Favouriten. Das ist das 2.mal das wir dieselbe Residenz mieten. War super, toll.

Mehr Badetücher und ein Bettdecke wäre super gewesen. Sowie Wasserflaschen für die Ankunft. Das keine Reinigungsmittel und Putzlappen waren war schade. Konnten wir aber von Carfour nebenan sofort kaufen. Daher kein Problem gewesen.
