76th floor- 2 BR Apartment with Iconic Marina Skyline View

Amazing apartment, everything was super and the view is out of this world! Highly recommend.

Great location, a short walk to the marina, great views from the balcony and decent views from the bedrooms too. Access to the Sky Lounge on the 97th floor which has fab views. Parking in the building. In addition, it is well equipped.

We are a family of 5 and the sleeping capacity in this property is really for 4. The second bed room has a small, IKEA queen-size bed of perhaps 120-cm - not a bed size that you can put two adults on. The large sofa set saved the day as we were able to fit two of our grown up children on the sofa but it’s really not ideal. This was pitched as a luxury accommodation so I really wasn’t expecting 2 members of the family to rough it out on the sofa. The apartment should keep a folding bed (it’s a spacious apartment) since it’s advertised to have this number of people capacity. In addition, couple of things that did not work such as the dishwasher and the bathroom light but these are not serious issues for us.

We had great difficulty with the check-in process Mohanad Yousef the manager was unavailable at the time of our arrival. We had confirmed our arrival time with him prior to our stay. Security eventually contacted the owner who was very helpful and we managed to gain access to the apartment. The apartment is not well equipped with crockery for 4 people only 3 plates, no bowls or side plates. The 2nd bedroom has only a double bed.
