The best vacation in my life: good price+cuality

This was my best experience, all needed things we found in an apartment. It was very comfortable. There were all needed kitchen stuff: coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and even Turk for coffee. The best was washing machine 😆 very needed when you travel without baggage. Also what we like the best was location. This place is something must be visited! Also pool area and beach were very nice. Stuff is nice and helpful as well! So highly recommend you to visit. Also need to mention that there is no food but I can recommend to have a shopping in Carefour or order food by Careem(fast and good), there are also mini markets downstairs inside the building. And we rented car, it made everything easier.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want peace and quite and a 5* accommodation.

The Unit was open for me when I arrived. We did have quite a few issues, these we resolved by providing us with a dedicated maintenance man. He got every thing working for us. This property was a 1 Bedroom, but no pool with it. The pool was fantastic but was for the whole building. This is a wonderful place to stay if you want Peace and Quite & 5* accommodation. If you want Action, Parties and enjoyment, then you have to go to JBR ( Jumeriah Beach Residence ), full of action 24 hours of the day !

The Balcony was small. Otherwise, every thing was good.

good place to stay as a family

spacious apartment in a residential building on the palm with a communal pool, beach access, gym and sauna. Fits a Family of 4 well with the fold out sofa bed.

check in process and time (3pm) - security didn’t know we were coming to enter the building. host was reachable via messages to address this. oven wasnt working toaster wast working apartment is clean but dusty in corners balcony faces two external aircon units that run in a noisy manner (limiting balcony use) - not heard from inside the apartment. check out time is none standard practice and too early (11am)

great location for watching the fireworks at midnight new years eve. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. the Host was very helpful and accommodating. The pool and beach area was lovely

Просторные апартаменты, два санузла и гардеробная. Полностью оборудованная кухня и ОГРОМНЫЙ телевизор. Подогреваемый бассейн, море практически сразу при выходе из бассейна, много свободных лежаков и зонтиков. Вода чистая, пляж вполне приличный. И почти нет людей - это прекрасно, не сравнится с отелями.

Отдаленность от городской инфраструктуры (на "ободе" Дальмы Джумейра), но это даже хорошо ибо тихо. При наличии машины проблемы нет - дорога прекрасная, без пробок и светофоров.

Irina est disponible et à l’écoute. L’appartement est spacieux bien équipé et bien situé 👍🏽la place de parking était bien pratique

La piscine était en maintenant annuelle, nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser mais la plage juste à côté était très bien 🤩👍🏽
