The Reception staff was good and the apartment overall was good but we didn't get the same apartment we booked.

One night the Water gone.we wasn't able to use toilet or kitchen. The whole night we waited the water to come. (2) We booked the apartment by seeing pictures but we didn't got the same.

Big apartment and nice furniture with great location .. foot steps to the center of JBR fantastic full view to the sea and JBR helpful lady ( didn’t know her name ) she gave the key to my friends that came early before me .. thank you very much for your support

Neat and clean apartment, with everything you need for your stay in Dubai: comfortable bed, good water pressure for the shower, washing machine.

The place itself is perfect for what we needed: kitchen, washing machine, many bathrooms and a guest toilet. Beds are super comfy, linen was clean and smelt delicious. Great black-out curtains. Entire place is neat and tidy. Aircon was perfect. Couch so big and comfortable. Pool is just outside, but we didnt use it because such a great beach with warm water.

Nice clean modern apartment, exceptional location, and excellent host's response. Comfortable beds. We loved our stay here and if we were to visit the area again, would look to rent it again. The location of this apartment is excellent , just downstairs nearby there is a Carrefour supermarket as well as many other restaurants and shops. Also the beach is nearby and the promenade as well.

This is a great place to stay with your friends. The apartment is huge. The view from the lounge and the bedrooms are the best one could ask for. The place is clean and comfortable and not too expensive either. Would definitely book again.

There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are all bathroom amenities. I was pleased that there is a communal pool - you can swim in the evening under the stars. Thanks to the owner for flexible payment terms and hospitality!

The location is great with a supermarket and many cafés and eateries near by.

Some baths had issues with water drainage.

We had a lovely family stay in this magnificent apartment. The view is so amazing, watched the fireworks and all the beach performances. I loved the space and the view and the location. Was a great experience.

We loved everything in this hotel. Location can't be any better, right at beach where we visited daily. Kids play ground was perfect. Grocery shopping in same place, large choice of cafes and restaurants and hotel venues. The place was very fresh and clean. Obviously well maintained, the space is big. We come to Dubai every 2 months and this hotel will be our permanent. I want to send special thanks to the helpful staff for the the support during our stay. I strongly recommend it to travellers

Awesome experience. This apartment was all that it promised. There was more than enough space for all 11 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the location which was right on The Walk and within a stones throw from some of the best Dubai has to offer. The host was excellent and very responsive to our requests. He went out of his way to make us very comfortable. We will definitely be back and we have no hesitation in recommending this to everyone.

إقامتنا في شقة JPR مع إيلان رمال كانت فوق الممتاز. الشقة واسعة ونظيفة ومرتبة بطريقة حلوة، والأثاث جديد ومريح. حسّينا كأنّا في بيتنا من كثر الراحة والتنظيم. المكان مميز وقريب من كل شي تحتاجه، سواء مطاعم أو كافيهات أو أماكن تمشية. الطاقم كانوا متعاونين وذوق، وخدمتهم سريعة وما قصروا معانا في أي طلب.

Poloha vynikajuca, blizko vsetkych restauracii, kaviarni a obchodov, velmi blizko na verejnu plaž ( tam nie je ale čiste more) , dostupnost lacnych taxikov Odporučam sa aspon raz odviezt taxikom a vyskušať krasnu čistu plaž , s bielym pieskom a čistym morom cca 20 min taxikom od Rimal 5

Neupratovali vobec Museli sme sa dozadovat , aby vobec prišli, upratovat aj tak prišli az na treti deň ale az vecer o 18-18.30 ked uz sme boli vsetci 13 -ti naspat z plaže , takze sa nam tam motali traja upratovači pod nohy , ked sme sa vsetci už chceli sprchovat. Zobrali nam pouzite uteraky, kt.boli ako v inych ubytovaniach polozene na dlazke v kupelniach, avsak nove - teda čiste nam dalsie 3 dni vobec nedoniesli Takze sme boli 3 dalsie dni 13 ludi s piatimi uterakmi a boli sme nuteni pouzivat nase vlastne plažove, ktore však boli od slanej vody Upratovat uz viac vobec neprišli, bola takmer plna kuchynka zavalena odpadkami, plastovymi flašami od vody, A dost podstatna vec, ktora sa neuvadza v popise, ze tych pať spalni nie je plnohodnotnych. Ta posledna najmenšia spalna pri kuchyni je len akasa polizbička, služkovska mini izba s jednou postelou bez klimatizacie, bez akehokolvek uložneho priestoru, bez okna ……. Ostatne 4 spalne boli vsak pekne, plnohodnotne. 2 spalne maju svoju sukromnu kupelnu spolu s wckom 1 kupelňa na chodbe je spoločna pre 2 spalne a mini izbička - služkovska ma svoje wcko s umyvadlom Apartman je celkovo velmi pekny , aj kuchyňa plne vybavena, priestranna spoločna obyvačka s velkym jedalenskym stolom , avšak je tam velmi maly balkon , so sedenim len pre 2 osoby. Je vhodny pre vacsiu skupinu, rodinu, priatelov , avsak počitajte len so štyrmi spalňami, piata je fakt extra mala pre jednu osobu- bez klimy a skriň Vyhlad na promenadu, na plaž, smerom na velke “ ruske koleso” na polostrov Bluewatersisland
