Great location and apartment size but be wary of working conditions of ACs and TVs

Location is excellent. Apartment size was huge.

Having to drag bags to a parking lot to check in. AC was very cold and had to be turned off to bring to normal temp. TVs had no channels nor access to Internet channels like you tube etc

Great location but not the best facility

- couldn’t refund the last night as I had to leave- property rejected - the cash (security deposit) - check in at the room itself - no reception - facility is not the best (ceiling was dripping) floors carpets are outworn - fridge is not working - balcony chairs are super old and cant sit on them - cleaning is limited between 1-6 pm only - the name creston suites is confusing to find when you reach- it is Kempinski central avenue apartments - works on going outside (noisy) all night as well

It was okay.

This property has a great location. It it attached to Dubai Mall and the Kempinski building itself is prestigious.

Although the host eventually gets back to communications there were some urgent issues that I had to wait for. The accommodation itself needs some work - there are lightbulbs that need replacing, the door to the balcony is super heavy/stuck, and there is a dampness issue. The bathtub exists - but don't expect more than an inch of hot water or a long hot shower. And yes - I did tell the host about some of these things, but not everything. There is only so much effort I am going to put into complaining about a temporary accommodation. The host seems to be counting on this.

Amazing stay and if u are lucky Mr Mahmoud will be the host .

Mr Mahmoud was very active , accurate on time , very helpful and kind , Always fast contact and amazing , explained everything clearly and patiently . Thank u for the comfortable stay .

Staff holding the the chat in booking kind of rude , requested only 1 hour late checkout and he said i have another customer , as we both know next checkin on 3 pm as i did , late check out internationally flexible , small room can be done in 2 hours . Not helpful.

After a rocky start to check-in, every other aspect of the stay was exceptional - I will return!

Getting the keys and completing checking in took over an hour. It took the host a long time to respond to my arrival text and then I had to wait again to get the key. The host was very nice and apologetic though after more than 24 hours traveling, it was frustrating to have such a long and difficult check-in. The check out process was the exact opposite - smooth, quick and easy. The apartment vastly exceeded my expectations - clean, AC was great - it even included daily room servicing which was a nice surprise. I will definitely stay here again. All of the staff was also very nice.

It took some time to get ahold of the person to let us in. We arrived early, but had not made WhatsApp contact with the manager prior to arrival. Definitely do that if you are staying there. There is no reception or lobby, or general hotel services. We spent a lot of time sitting around not knowing anything, until we received a message from the manager. Once we made contact the manager was very helpful, and got us into our place a couple of hours early. Once we had the contact info things went pretty smoothly, but until then there was a lot of unknown, including the people in the building lobby not knowing what Creston Suites is.

Apart from the ambience, view and cleanliness, Mahmoud ( manager) was the best. He was so accomodating and professional. He made sure that all our needs were catered for! Beautiful service x

Shabby and dated

The location, that's about it.

They don't really tell you its not part of the hotel/suite complex but privately run unit by unit. The check-in process was not the most seamless, although the gentleman who helped with the check-in did do me a great favour regarding the deposit. The room itself was a bit run down, the window sealing was coming off, the bath lever was broken. It all felt a little dated and not as nice as the photos.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located on the 34th floor and offers a breathtaking view, including the iconic Burj Khalifa. It’s just a short walk to the Dubai Fountain and has direct indoor access to the mall, which was very convenient. Our host, Mohamed, was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was cleaned daily, and everything was spotless. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Exceptional Stay with Unmatched Service and Prime Location

"I had an amazing stay at this property! I arrived at 1 pm, even though check-in was at 3 pm, and they were kind enough to let me check in early, which was a great start. The company manages hundreds of apartments across Dubai, including many at the luxurious Kempinski, so their service is top-notch. One of their team members is always on-site 24/7, which made me feel very secure and well taken care of. The location is fantastic—direct access to the Dubai Mall (right by Zara), and only a 6-minute walk to Fashion Avenue. The Burj Khalifa view from the balcony was stunning. Xenon Restaurant is conveniently located in the lobby, and there's also an ATM from Mashreq Bank on-site. The gym is excellent, equipped with virtually every machine you could need, and the sauna and steam room were perfect for relaxation. Plus, there's a hair salon and a daycare on the 3rd floor, open from 10 am to 7 pm, which is an added convenience. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!"

1) كرت باب الفندق اذا ضاع ندفع 300 درهم و هذا الشي غير منطقي 2) العاملين في خدمة النزلاء خدمتهم سيئة ولا يعرفون التعامل مع النزلاء 3) لا يوجد مناشف كافية ولا كلينكس ولا ماء واحد للشرب في اليوم و يقولون انها خدمة على مدار 24 ساعة ولكن في الحقيقة العكس تماما و الخدمة بطيئة جدا 4) لا يوجد خدمة حمل الحقائب ولا عربة لحمل الحقائب ولم يتم كتابة هذا الشيء قبل الحجز ( اخدم نفسك بنفسك )
