Will Not use again.

wasn’t clean. bathrooms was filthy and not been cleaned for some time.

since the day we arrived. Very loud banging notices above since 8:00am each day, we complained and apparently maintenance work was being carried out. This should be done whilst the apartment is vacant. also Maintenance staff waking around in our private terrace installing CCTV, again this should be done whilst the apartment is vacant.

Great location. Spacious accommodation. Quietly. There are many opportunities to get to any point of the city - near the tram, metro, Marina.

We were there in January. Comfortable water for taking a shower was only in one of the three bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms, hot water was not connected, but after our treatment it was connected for 2 days. In one of the bedrooms there is no way to open the window and ventilate the room. The air conditioning in this bedroom is turned on and regulated only from a remote control on the wall in the next bedroom. This system includes both air conditioners in both bedrooms at once. The cooling system does not work correctly - when the temperature is normal in one of the bedrooms, it is very cold in the other. The third bedroom is just a small storage room. The outlet was never put in order for us there. In fairness, I note that all our requests and complaints were responded to very quickly.

awesome terrace - you can’t beat that! carefour 24/7 next door, pharmacy, beach, marina. there is a parking spot available. Perfect!!

Exceptional

Words can’t describe how fantastic our experience at this apartment was. Firstly, the location is amazing. Marina walk on one side of the building and a 2 minute walk to the beach on the other. Secondly, the huge (and I mean HUGE) private terrace needs seen to be believed. we sat out every evening watching the boats go up and down the Marina all while the kids had space to play outside too like a proper back garden! We used the pool in the building every day too and it was quiet and relaxing. Finally, Issa our host was hugely responsive both in terms of directions for getting to and accessing the apartment, as well as replying to all our questions in a friendly and efficient manner. All in all we had an unbelievable stay at the apartment. Thank you Issa, we will definitely be back!
