Nice apartment in great location, good for solo short-term stays
Overall quite a friendly host. The host was able to accomodate for earlier checkin. Bed was comfortable. Everything was as described more or less. The reception/waiting area is excellent. The location is great, close proximity to marina, bluewaters island. There is also a big variety of good supermarkets nearby, including Viva supermarket (in KG Tower, 2 min walk), that had the best selection of locally sourced food at very reasonable prices. All ordered taxis were ready for pickup literally within 1 minute (via Careem app). Will consider going there again in the future.
Check-in instructions. It wasn't clear that the reception desk has nothing to do with managing the property; everything is via the manager. Also, the description mentions a deposit (it was shown in the booking.com description at the time)—it was confusing, but nobody asked me about it; there was no deposit. The dishes etc. weren't clean, and there was a heavy layer of dust under the bed. Also, you need to have earplugs as Dubai highway sounds can disrupt your sleep otherwise. I think it's a problem with most flats there (no proper sound isolation). There was an iron, but no ironing board. Overall doesn't give you luxury vibes but good value for money nonetheless.

Dirty sheets and insects in the shower ....

- Insects in the shower - Curtains where broke and could not be repaired during my stay. Could not sleep with street and car lights shining in the apartment. As the curtains left half the room open. - AC was not working. - They did not give me the parking card - No eating table available - The bed sheets were dirty on arrival and had to be replaced... :-( Happy to share some pictures

Nice stay in Marina !
L’hôte était très réactif, l’appartement est bien placé autour de petits shops et restaurants, à deux pas de la Marina Walk.
Rien à dire de négatif, le fer à repasser et le sèche cheveux devraient être remplacés afin que les équipements soient mieux.
