Apartment was not cleaned properly. Bedding was smelling. Apartment wasnt cleaned for the days we stayed there - cleaner was off sick The host was helpful however the apartment needs a major refurb.

the apartment was not good its an old apartment TV doesnt works asked the property host but no response for it, we stayed for 6 nights cleaner came only twice for cleaning the apartment , wifi is very poor only workable in living room wifi doesnt works in bedrooms, one of the bathrooms shower was broken requested the host and after that they got it changed after two days

Location was really good

Apartment was not worth the price. Needs to be updated. Terrible smell in bathrooms. Toilet seats broken. Taps in bathrooms have permanent scum. Stove counter top cracked. Microwave, washing machine and dishwasher not cleaned regularly. TV remote worked for a few days then stopped working. Replaced by another broken one. So couldn't watch TV for over a week.

Had a lovely stay in a bijou apartment in a great location

It was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds . Has great decor. There was an easy check in process and they kindly gave us an early check in. The location is fabulous - just off JBR, easy to walk to the beach. There were fresh towels & new loo rolls every day. The AC was efficient and owner communication was good

It’s quite a bijou apartment with no place to ‘dine’. Though we mostly ate out ;) There was patchy WiFi in bedrooms Door handle code was complicated & always needed to use it to lock up. It needs some ‘home comforts’, including improved storage in bathrooms & bedrooms (we were there for 8 nights) and has some small maintenance issues (communicated directly with owner) Also pool area lacked ambience.

Shops close by. Tram out the front door and plenty of taxis going past.

Lovely owners check on us to see if we arrived ok and came to let us know how to use the lock on the door. Close to local transport. Great view, and staff at the desk were lovely.

Quite complicated stay!!

The view was nice and many shops are very close to our stay. Really we would like to thanks Teodora for her very quick actions and respond in all our request.

The parking of this building was quite complicated and the security team need some Awareness on how to comunicat with guests. Also if all the parking are dedicated for people who are staying in that Building, so all parking should wreten a flat number and will be easy to identify. AC for one room was quite hot and that compln came from my family. Also some water taps required some maintenance and some lights as well.

The location and hostility were amazing!! Super close to the beach and all the restaurants and activities in the marina. The apartment was big and had everything we needed, the view from the balcony outrageous!! Definitely will come again! Our flight was late at night at they let us stay until 15 at the apartment and after took carr of our stuff while we will exploring the city 😁

Excellent place in a great location!

We liked the location and views from the balcony. It was bright, clean and spacious. We appreciate having a washing machine and drying rack for clothes. The Carrefour supermarket was across the street and very convenient for grabbing whatever we needed. Gym and pool access was great too!

Very comfortable, conveniently located apartment - perfect for holidays.

The apartment is lovely, clean, nicely located with direct access to Marina Promenade and a short walk from the beach. Most importantly, it comes with 3 separate bedrooms (plus living room/kitchen) as well as 3 bathrooms, which made our family stay very comfortable. Housekeeping was arranged twice throughout our stay, which was essential for us as we were with a toddler and we appreciated it a lot. Also, a brand new Dolce Gusto coffee machine was a great plus. We used the swimming pool twice - it's simple but, importantly, heated (as it's often in the shadow).

The building is close to busy streets and so you can hear the traffic noise - not a big problem for us as we live in a big city and are accustomed but if someone is sensitive to sound they may struggle to unwind and sleep well.

Parking issue Security card issue Swimming pool heat not working Nobody cleaning the room . Nothing at all provided. Diffcult to get help as staff working remotely.
