★☆☆☆☆ WORST STAY EVER – A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

This was the most stressful and disappointing stay of my life. NOTHING was mentioned about which building or apartment to check into. We arrived in the middle of the night with my family, only to find that security wouldn’t let us in because Mr. Nizar, the so-called host, hadn’t submitted any papers or documents for our booking. We called him again and again — he ignored us and kept making excuses that he was “too far away.” My poor children were sitting on the floor in the lobby, exhausted and half-asleep at 2:30 AM, while we begged for help. The only person who cared was Mr. Jala Yousaf, the security manager, who finally helped us out after seeing my kids like that. When we finally got in, the apartment was a huge disappointment. The bathrooms smelled terrible, AC was leaking and taped up, and the place looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. Everything felt old and poorly maintained. Housekeeping only came every other day, and the host still demanded extra cash payments even though everything was already paid online. To be fair, the location was great — close to the beach, and the apartment size was spacious, but that’s about the only good thing I can say. Mr. Nizar was rude, greedy, and completely unprofessional. This stay ruined our trip. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It’s a nightmare experience and should be removed from Booking.com immediately.

All in all was a wonderful stay and would recommend for large groups.

Was very spacious for a large group . Didn’t feel cramped. Location is excellent.

Maintenance work being done in other apartments, loads of drilling early in the morning was not good. Also aircon units were leaking when we first arrived. but was sorted the next day . Need to provide a service to store luggage before check in . We were-sat outside the building for 6 hrs before check in was the worst part of the experience.

- the view from the living room and bedroom of the sea was very nice. - the location was close to JBR walk. - the host was responsive. - the rooms were decent. overall the size of the apartment was good. - the balcony though small was very nice. - the location was very family friendly, you can walk down to the supermarket or pharmacy. There were kid friendly activities in the building vicinity. - most of the items that one would need were provided. The welcome drinks and snacks package was also very nice.

- the lock was not working (not closing) so we couldn't go out to eat the evening we arrived and next morning we had to wait until noon for the lock to be fixed (so we couldn't go out sightseeing). - we had the most difficult experience of moving within our 3-day booking with a large family (upon our arrival, Hasan told us that on our second day of stay we need to vacate this apartment and he booked a nearby apartment for us for the third day. Can you imagine the commotion of packing 8 bags twice!). - on the day of the (2nd) move we spoilt our entire morning and early afternoon. This was because they asked us to checkout around 11AM and it turned out the new apartment had a 1PM checkin available so the whole family (with a sick child) sat at the reception for two hours. That was not nice and we were promised a swift checkin the previous day. - the kitchen and wash machine were unimpressive-- the equipments were dated. The washing machine turned out to be dirty from inside and my white clothes became light gray. The microwave etc. were pretty dated. - the swimming pool was very cold (and the management there was aware of it) so we could not use it.

Value for money. Comfortable Check in and exit arrangement . Awesome locality. Access to the public beach in “The Walk” Moreover the prompt intimidation about missed baggage in the property and follow up until safe handover back . (Most valuable luggage received back safely)

amazing location and great value for money.

Usman’s place is in a excellent location. Amazing that you have access to five different swimming pools and a gym. We rented a car but there was no need as everything is right next to the apartment with beach, restaurants, shopping and all entertainment right outside the apartment. Thank you Usman will come back for sure.
